Pathetic service overall. Overcharged for the item. Procured 1.5 ton window ac for Rs 31500, whereas in Amazon it was available for 29500. On top of that a faulty product was delivered. Refused to replace and not cooperated at all. Not recommend to anyone.

Worst place to buy any electronic product ..all the people who are disappointed with this shop should take an action against the owner ...he sailed us defective fridge its been only 2 yr and the fridge is not working at all my family is suffering from this situation no one came here to replace it as I complained they were too hilarious people in there service . I belong to middle class family and we cant afford a new fridge we are hoping them to replace it but they are not responding at allIf theyll not replace it then Ill go to police and going to complain for making us fool against these fraud people th(Manish owner of the shop )

Worst place to buy any product. The person who can to install our ac were not professional and they leave the wire open and when I tell that to the showroom manager he was not of any help.
