Due to covid, they attend to you only if prior appointment is taken. This can be done through the mi website. The service is quick, and reliable. I got an SMS once my device was ready. Payments are accepted in all modes. Staff behaviour is alright, I would want them to behave better.

They never pick up the call. Fake customer care number on MI official website. When I called on the mentioned number, it was a Lenovo service center. Toll free number of MI India is also coming switch off. Worst company who only knows to sell, it doesnt care about its customers.

In present situation of health emergency, we can understand being in queue but the wait time is too much, front staff was very good and polite, but the technical staff was arrogant and way too bossy, they were trying to find excuse to void my phone warranty without proper proof, which i resisted and ultimately they understood and repaired my phone but took 6 hours for all the fuss

There are only three guys at the reception to serve the MI phone users. Because of this one might have to wait longer than expected.However, the staff is friendly. They are ready to get your problems fixed as soon as possible. Seating is available so customers can sit back and wait.Make sure you bring the invoice or bill of the phone. If you have a photograph of the bill in the phone, that should work too. Without bill, service is denied.Collect your token from the machine in the extreme left corner. Wait until your token number is displayed on the TV screen.
