Yesterday I was gone to KTM service to repair my bike in accident of bike NO-JK21E1268.The best part was that they attend very smoothly speicaly the manager they attend by bike in morning and give my bike back to me after repair in evening.The best service I got in Jammu and in KTM workshop.So I thought I should write this comment as I am telling my friends also to buy this bike due to good service.

Main manager here is nice and helpful.. Even if something went wrong with your bike he will help you.

Jammu has a. Serious problem of lack of professionals in most of the areas. This bike showroom is small but that is no issue for me. Those working inside dont have sufficient knowledge and expertise to sell. I think they do lack confidence in the product and its after sale service.

Best showroom experience, very skilled and experienced mechanics, very gentle personell ,great overall services without any complaints, however sapcing is an issue, place is very conjusted.

I wish if there were smthing called minus marking..If it was I wud have rated KTM Jammu as minus infinite....This showroom really sucks...They fool their own customers,lie with them,act oversmart and behave like they are supreme......NOW THE LONG STORY IN SHORTI CALLED UP these guys on 6 dec 2017 with regards to the avabilty of KTM DUKE 390...they said its available so on 7 dec I travelled 300 kms to jammu (only showroom in jammu region)..on reaching I was told bike is not available n u hv to book new...SO I booked my bike on 7th December 2017 with the assurance of delivery within 20 to 22 days...After 22 days I was told 15 more days ..After 15 days they stopped answering calls...I sent my brother on 15 Jan 2018 to take refund of advance amt of 30000 ...As he reached jammu they said they dnt hv money neither they had prepared cheque(as they were informed in advance)So my brother had to wait for several hrs...The most Amazing Part...As it was not enough They handed over a cheque of Allahabad BANK..no branch within 200 kms....DISCLAIMER...KTM IS REALLY A VERY GOOD BIKE ,BUT IF U HAPPEN TO DREAM TO OWN THAT BIKE NEVER EVER BUY IT FROM KTM JAMMU...IF U DO THEN MAY GOD SAVE U...!!

I went there to buy RC 200 bike, But showroom official was giving me the one year old make bike and there is a lot of scratches on the bike. what the hell it isI am advasing you that when ever you go to buy the new bike please always check the modal of bike.
