The timelines given for service are a bit stretched otherwise the staff was polite and courteous. The best part about the service center is the convenient location of the building in the heart of the city though within the building one has to make an effort to find the service center. With MI enjoying the number 1 slot in the cellphone market in India, it is high time they also dedicated optimum resources to the service side.

Yeah it was good , i bought a micro usb cable from there at a price of 300 ,It was available at a 250 outside but at MI centre they claim that they sell original cable and outside store only the copy is available

What happened with your services, totally disgraced. You ask me to wait and gone for lunch at 4pm I waited for 40minutes but at the end you told item is damage so out of warranty. Why mi is became use and through item.

Service centre is on 1st floor. The stairs leading to 1st floor were dirty and slippery and without railing. Really tough for senior citizens to scale.

Prices are too high... They charge mrp of the product however the price of the product on mi store online is very low.. I bought c type cable worth rs 300 but the same cable was rs 199 on mi store online....
