GROSSLY MISMANAGED UNHYGIENIC HOTEL:1. I had made a booking on the official website of Radisson Blu, Jammu on 16th Sep. 2021. At the time of check-in, the front office had no information about my booking and had to make a fresh booking.2. After check-in we realised that the room was not clean, the bed linen was not fresh and toilet was not sanitized and ready. This was confirmed by the housekeeping supervisor who visited the room for inspection, after we raised the issue. (How pathetic is this?!)3. The food laid out at the buffet dinner was cold (burners were not working, as confirmed by the restaurant executive), the lids were open and there were flies in the restaurant. It was a perfect recipe for mass food poisoning in a restaurant that was quite crowded.4. The food was sub-standard in taste and quality. The chef simply passed off the buck by saying that it could be because the food was not served hot (and the ball was now in the restaurant managers court).5. The price quoted for the buffet by the front office executive (twice) was INR 1300/- (incl. taxes). But, I was produced a bill of INR 3000/- (approx.) at the restaurant, for two people. I was told that the price had escalated due to the Punjabi Food Festival and the front office was not aware of it. (I understand that I have to pay more for the blunderous decision I took to dine-in/check-in at a place like this). Although, the restaurant manager later offered a 20% discount on the food bill. As if it will cover up for the fundamental flaws in the restaurant hygiene and management.6. The view from the room was the icing on the cake (pics attached).These points are brought forth with an intent to help people make a more informed decision, when booking online and for the management to introspect and upgrade from this deplorable state of affairs. Stop making fool of your guests and taking them for granted. We as a society have to evolve more responsibly and not merely get dissolved into materialist commercial interests.

Food preparation is not of good quality ...They serve previously cooked food to their customers....It was 19 Septembers we were had a kitty party here...the eatables they serve were taste-less , even the food was not hygienic....Most of our frnds are not well after having dinner there ..It was not worth even its wastage of money n time to go there. They should have to improve there services in future ...

It didnt deserve 1 star also . The place is peice of junk . I went with my family for dinner and stayed there for 3 hrs and just had 2 soups thats it !!! Ordered a platter and didnt received in 2hrs so we left it. Staff doesnt listen they feel like they are doing us by giving us favor.I dont know how they got 5 stars i guess they want to maintain their review so there are many fake 5 stars. Go if u just want to have drink and all smoking junk.

Very poor customer service. Surprised from such a poor response from such a big name hotel inspite of repeated requests for room services. I have booked 3 rooms and is staying with family. We ordered starters food in room dining, order was served but service plates were not being provided with order. On asking for the same, service plates have been provided almost half an hour past, when food items turned to cool and tasteless. Since we are accompanying with family along with senior citizen mother in law having knee problems, We again ordered dinner in room. We told staff to provide clean crockery and glasses for water but no response was shown. I called many times to reception, one touch service, 2, 5, 9 numbers for glasses and after dine for cleaning of room but no person attended/ not came to provide glass or cleaning after dinner. My children have to put used utensils outside the rooms and have to clean the room themselves.I suggest Radisson management to take a serious note on the issue as this irresponsible behaviour of your staff not only spoils the mood and enjoyment of your guests but also tarnish brand image of your such a big name in the field of hospitality.

I booked a room with king size bed two days prior to my check-in date. At the time of check-in they said we are only left room with single bed.Secondly, such a bad view from room that one will prefer the curtain closed. I again requested for room change at least with better view if not with king size bed. They clearly said no other room is available.Ver bad experience, would not recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

We had our wedding reception ceremony at this hotel and that was an amazing experience for us, the arrangement was very beautiful and sparkling, the DJ was awesome with latest and on the demand music, Food was delicious with large variety to choose from.The staff was very helpful, they helped a lot and even extended our reception time with small request. The staff was continously present to assist during the function.All the COVID-19 precautions were followed.Overall it was a great moment.

The brand which doesnt stand to its standards. @radisson blu, Jammu. Pathetic experience, first with the check-in have to wait for more than 30 min. Front desk staff doesnt seem polite though check-in was in their hand, i could have only wait. So i waited. Anyways we checked in somehow. We came back from Vaishno Devi super tired just wanted room to lay down. But the pathetic hospitality didnt stop here asked for oil so i could massage my legs, didnt want to use spa, actually i didnt want to bother myself to ask hotel. They should not be operating because of covid. After 1 hr i got oil and that also i have to remind again. We all understand its hard time for hospitality industry we as client have our morale duty to be patient maybe they are with less staff etc and both incidents would have not affected me so badly so i choose to be quiet. Let go. But 3 incident freak me out that was the limit of a pathetic hospitality by so called 5 star property. Order my dinner at 7:30 received at 8 pm. Happy because they delivered with time which they mention. Order keema rassela i found taste was bland, so i order some lemon to mix and finish my dinner. That lemon turned up after 30 min rip to dinner. Poor housekeeping broken kettle. Its rip of money.

I hosted two of my wedding functions at Radisson Blu in November and my baraat was coming from Chandigarh. The Baraats stay was arranged amazingly. I was making constant special requests to the staff regarding my functions and baraat stay. They took care of everything and sweetly obliged to my requests. The staff is extremely accommodating and understands how important your special day is to you. Special mention to Mr. Ashutosh who was always available and made sure everything goes smooth. We are really satisfied with Radisson Blu. A big thumbs up.

We had a wonderful evening and dinner at Radisson. We booked the Gazebo and it was a good choice as the weather was really nice that night. Great food and good service. Options were little limited though, but we had a nice evening.

So , Here Im writing about my experience at Raddsion Blu Jammu. Yep! Im a bit late to update as I got busy after reaching home.Story starts back to 2nd July when the dates of AirForce examination were announced , my examination date was 14 July and centre was Jammu.After the reservation of tickets the major problem for me was to find a perfect place for stay.After a lot of research over web and travel app and websites I reserved my room at Raddsion for 13-14. It was a bit costly but somehow fitted in my budget.It was going to be my first stay in a 5 Star. And to be very honest I was nervous and Scared about how it will go. About the staff , the services , the costs and all.Finally I reached there at 7 am on 13th July my check-in was of 12 pm. I asked for early check-in at reception , the answer was not in my favour and as I was much earlier then my scheduled time so, it was very hard to arrange room. I was offered to sit in lounge.Being hungry , I went to look for some breakfast in the restaurant the waters there served me a very soothing cup of tea and there is this guy SUNNY VERMA , a very charming personality and the most humble human being Ive ever met , hes the restaurant manager there.I finished my tea and he offered me to have some sandwiches , I said no I need to rest as Ive my exam day after tomorrow and Ive traveled a long way of 600Kms to reach here.I told him that I reached early and no room cant be made available according to the reception staff.He very beautifully said sir , give me 10 minutes and well do our best for you.He did it , he made my early check-in possible and thats where I felt , Yeah , Im in 5 Star.From early check-in to late check-out SUNNY made it all possible. While being at dinner we had a lot of conversation and literally we became friends.I just cant describe my whole experience in words. The staff, the services , the food , It was All awesome.HONESTLY , for not even a single second I felt like Im miles away from my home.The HOSPITALITY was I like Im their family.Applaud to whole Raddsion Blu Jammu Staff and a major THANKYOU to my Brother SUNNY and his team.VISIT JAMMU STAY RADDSION , They gonna make you feel the best.My ratings for my whole experience are 100/10 , yes it is Hundred our of Ten.Thank-you Raddsion. ♥️

Poor service they take more than an hour to serve in room. Breakfast food quality and tast is pathetic and you will not get proper response even after raising issue to seniors

Do not expect a 5 star ambiance/environment.The staff is well under-trained, restaurant service is poor. They are having just 2 brands of beer in their bar, Kingfisher and Godfather.Better not to waste unnecessary money by visiting in need of 5 star hotel.

Never visit their restaurant, they serve the worst food possible to their standard. You will find better food at other places in Jammu.
