3rd class servive today visit this mart and waitng for 45 mints and there is no counter billing for us and electricity shutdown every five minte no payemt system shutdown no backups on ups coustomer waiting for payment when cashier bill computer is on am alredy waitng for 3 times at list all cashier bill counter connected with ups coustomer not waitng for when sytesm on and accept my payemt

Staff not shows courtesy. Avoid helping customers in shifting goods purchased even to the car. Overall a bad shopping experience and even worst if u hve to pickup groceries 25 kg bags from store to the counter and to ur parked vehicle.

You can buy everything that you wanted to for yourself and household.Majority of the Vishal Mega Mart stores are capable of having vast inventory like clothing, grocery, utensils, appliances electrical and all are such good that they are also perfect!

No precautionary measures, no sanitiser, no thermal scanning. Really they don’t care whats happening outside, for them it’s all normal, no step taken by them to care the customers. Also the shopping experience was really very bad. Bought an item which was discounted @₹549/- but when I billed it, they charges me ₹603/- and when I asked them to return they said they don’t return the same day. Next day when I went there they said they can’t give me the money back and I have to purchase something if I want to return the item, although there isn’t any such notice/policy pasted somewhere. Also the cashier gave me ₹10 less as balance after counting it twice. They thought that all customers are same and they don’t count the balance. So its my request with you to please count the balance that u get and check the bill.

You can lay your hands here on clothes, groceries, curtains, utensils, electrical appliances, bed sheets, pillows and many more. The only thing I did not liked is that there is too much crowd everytime here and they have few billing counters so you have to wait in long queues to complete the purchase.

No proper precautions are taken as far as social distancing is concerned. The products are great but the shopping experience was really bad because of no proper ventilation or air conditioning.

Its good place to buy your daily items. Its like all the necessary things are at one place. But if you want to buy some branded things like clothing or anything else, I am 97% sure that you will be disappointed. Thats why I am giving 3 stars to Vishal Mega Mart shopping complex. The service their is satisfactory. You cant get used to it quickly and I dont want you to stop shopping or going their. If you dont experience it you will never know how much anything is worth. Though I usually dont rate any place below five stars, but I am compelled to rate Vishal mega Mart as an average shopping complex. And the reasons that are restraining me from rating it to the best are manifold.The staff here is actually quite indifferent to the issues of the customers, they themselves dont know about the inventories.The stock is also quite monotonous for example, youll find T-shirts of only one brand.From the perspective of budget I think its very affordable bearing few categories.Hope it helps.
