Although little quieter than normal at the reception, they have done a fantastic job by maintaining the standard while following the Covid19 protocols. Breakfast was sumptuous and very prompt table service as well. Housekeeping did equally great and catered to all requests diligently. It was a pleasure to be back here.

We have visited first time here and the overall experience was very good. Ms Mehak deals with us very politely. We would like to come in future also.

Good place. Staffs are good. In the city. Big bazaar is very next to it. Pantaloon is in the same building. Have restaurant and bar.they need to take little more care of cleanliness of it .

My experience was worst because of late responses to requests. The food especially was very bad. There was no server at the dining area, no cutlery and the dining area was overcrowding for the staff they had. I did complain about the quality of food but the only response was sorry

If u are booking it for Ramada/5 star experience ,then dont go for it1 staff in breakfast area is rude- after getting dosa ,telling ? who tells a customer ? dude u r not doing ehsaan on me by getting one dosa.2 ambience is poor of galleries, mats are dirty3 swimming area and other amenities are non operational4 no help in loading/unloading of bags while u check-in /checkout5 And the most important- they dont pick plates/trays on time saw plates in gallery for more than 12 hours ,which is not again a Ramada ambience.6 avg breakfast and staff is not that well trained 7 waterfall outside not working properly8 no security checks of bagsrooms are average, u can get same anywhere ,not a Ramada thingI have travelled more than 100 cities in India and stayed in almost every type of hotel . this was not the Ramada experiencei am giving them 2/5.

Hotel services exceeded my expectations.Staff was gentle and was ready to help us in every form and shape. Harshi (receptionist) accommodated our request for early check-in and took care of all our needs included storage of our luggage for extended hours.All in all experience was very pleasant.

Nice hotel with good rooms and facilities. only problem is with their wifi and hot water was not actually hot as during covid they switch off the mainline of hot water. Rest all is fine and do try masala dosa which is awesome.

Really awesome experience. I celebrated my birthday. The service was top notch and overall such a pleasant experience. Naveed, Mehak gave such an unforgettable birthday experience.

Initially there wasnt any proper guidance to the entrance as well as the hotel parking. When we checked into the room, the room was in a very shabby condition. There were stains on the wall as well as on the sofa and the room was stinking. Even though we had paid the whole amount in advance, we checked out in hardly 5 minutes and the receptionist there didnt even bother to ask if we had any problem. We never asked for a refund but we did mention about the condition of the room but still the receptionist did not even respond. After we checked out we went to Radisson Blu and we were very much satisfied.

Very nice place. Heart of the city. Very good connectivity. Rooms are spscious and super clean. Gives you a good view. Washrooms are also clean. A little small but the room makes up for it. The service and hospitality is remarkable. I stay here everytime i visit Jammu. Highly recommend anyone who is coming to Jammu to stay at this hotel for the best in class experience.

Pathetic. They charge me 1500 plus gst only for little mark of haldi. They can wash it also thats easily washable mark.When i ask them to show rate list of damage product which they charge from customer. They reduces 1500 charges to 500 but didnt show us pricelist.Mean they are so mean that they only want 500 rs.Bad experience. Pathetic

Really slow service in the restraunt, took 30 mins to get only one Snack. Really not expected from Ramada. The wifi in the room is also very slow not able to properly run a youtube video at 720p properly. Really bad

Reception Staff was very professional. Highly maintained and treated like a king at all times .Hygiene quality quantity everything deserve 5 star. Never felt a single sec a wasted one.

I booked this hotel from make my trip just to evaluate the property for an event. I confirmed early check-in with the event manager also. Their receptionist was so pathetic and cheap and the way he was talking was so unprofessional. Early in the morning instead of assuring the comfort of their guests they prefer bullying them. I would recommend you to never consider this as a 4 star property in terms of service. Even lodges have better staff than these and they treat you with respect. He insisted me to pay upfront for the extra guest early in the morning who was not even supposed to stay. They dont even have the courtesy that they can just tell their guest about the extra charges and allow them quick and comfortable check-in. Then they provided me the wrong view room and once we asked for a change they allotted me the farest room possible in the hotel when their almost whole hotel was empty. This is like bullying your customers for choosing you. I wanted to extend my stay for another few days but who will stay in a place like this.

Me and my family had arranged my ring ceremony in this hotel. Got to admit that Ramada is one of the best Hotel in Jammu city. Food was amazing and decoration was on point. In this pandemic, hotel staff had taken care of all the precautions and social distancing norms by providing all required facilities. Only part where I wasnt satisfied with was the DJ who did not played the tracks I provided him. But considering a good ambience with good food, that can be ignored. I would suggest to go for this hotel if you want to cherish your big day in a fairy tale manner.
