Unprofessional staff. Overcharge for even small issues. They are magicians and figure out the issue just by holding phone in hand and gave you illogical budget to repair.

Plan 2-3 hours of time wastage before u go.I came without services despite prior appointment and non clarity over issues by receptionists. Very less staff waiting time between customer 1 hr or if your 4th customer then they will take around more then 3 hr.Only single counter. That was my third time in center always single counter

Worst service center I have ever visited.They gave me appointment of 4 to 6. I arrived on time but they keep me waiting for 2 hours outside center. There is no place of sitting. Go to some other center.

Very poor service. Waited for almost 2 months for my mobile display but did not arrived. Prefer the other Mi service center in jammu (the one near fortune hotel),it has way better and faster service.

Not know how to behave with customers and very expensive and its behind the school thats its very difficult to find for laymen.

This is the slowest service center of MI. You need to wait for hours for your work to be done or even theyll take a day for small work such as screen replacement. And theyll not tell you the exact time of your job completion. Normally there is a wait of minimum 4-5 hours for any work. You better come in morning. This service centre is little too busy.

They returned phone within time but phone still have that mic problem , nothing repared or corrected

Youre not getting space to park here and the center is not visible easily. You only get a small MI display board between other boards on the facade of a building. Moreover they have token-appointment system.

Good response from both girls at front desk

The staff are kind and expert in their job, they are very helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable with a water cooler. They provide first come and first serve policy, you just have to register for your token and wait for your turn. You will get notified by SMS on your mobile number about everything. The staff looks very fast in Woking and handling customers.If your device is in warranty make sure to have a bill at least in your phone. Once you tell them your problem they will tell you to wait for about 20 minutes for checking the problem and inform you about the repair work needed.

It is okayBut they could improve the serviceBy adding token system for customer queue and need to improve quality customer supporter who are on the counter to contact with customer.They do not looks like professional and they need to improve their communication skills.Overall they are good thn the apple service centre jammu.

A good Service Center of Mi with a good staff.I recently visited there for the repairing of my Mi note 5 pro and i found out that this place was quite good from an perspective of an service centre as there was a proper sitting arrangment and every work was done as it should be without any huss and fuss which helped in getting the work done in less time and the staff there is very humble also as they provided me with all the required information i needed to know before handing over my phone to them and also the time of repairing taken by them was also very less than usual which saved me a big time.

My phone got a problem I repaired it at mi sevice centre jammu after 20 days it get same problem again it means they are not repairing well

Good staff and the service they provide is good.The only annoying thing is that these guys take too much time for every customer. It took them 3 to 4 hours for solving my problem.

This place well. Its just an awful experience. From the part of finding the place to actually getting something done is just a pain. Although I believe it wouldnt have been that bad if their brand didnt catch momentum in the recent days as it did. But the brand shot off and the customer service is still sloppy. The place is like a big room in a clean modern looking home tucked away on the backside of a shady community home.

Very easy to reach nd very healthy nd sound staff available. Nearly 1.2 km from Dogra Chowk, towards Gurudwara Kalgidhar Saahb.

Executive were quite helpful but there must be such more service centres in other part of the state

Have to wait alot because there are alot of people already in queue. Even if if it is your turn, the mi guys arent very fast and they dont even bother to check your smartphone. Like with us, they didnt do anything but sent us back home to take backups and comeback.
