This temple is located in the top of the hills on the way of sidhra highway with a very peaceful and holy atmosphere and a very beautiful view of tawi river and the mountains all around. The ropeway from bahu fort is also available for this temple which comes with an exciting and thrilling experience.

Its nice temple,Situated on the rocks near Tawi river.The way of the temple is very very excited , very dangerous mode are also so be careful.Problem is the road is only one way.But my experience on that road was awesome.Great view from top of the temple.The nature view was awesome.There are many monkeys on the way and temple. They dont distrub anyone.There is a Roopway also present.The river and nature view is very awesome.I share some pictures of this temple you can see them.I suggest you go there and take some banana 🍌 when you there for monkey.MP 😎🤟

Not much activity to do except visiting the temple and enjoying the scenic beauty of Tawi and outskirts forest of jammu. For the holy goddess I am giving it 4/5.

Jaa mata di Maya means illusion. Mahamaya is devoid of illusion. Illusion pertaining to material objects and Mahamaya is correlated to wisdom. Human prowess is limited and hence he does not have an all-round vision of life. His limited vision visualizes a limited world and thus he deludedly thinks it to be the be all and end all of life. It is like a frog in the well who is oblivious of the gigantic world outside the well. If only the frog comes out of the well, will it realize that his previous belief of the world was with intense limitations and that the world indeed is infinite ( mata hamari galatiyon ko maaf karo)

Small, beautiful and peaceful temple. One can see the whole Jammu city from here. It is near the bawe wali mata mandir. No public transportation facility is there. One has to hire the cab or go by personal vehicle to reach the temple. Some shops are there for getting prasad. Parking space is available.
