This hotel is just amazing. You can never guess from outside that the rooms inside are so beautiful. Ok let me start from starting. The check in was smooth, only took 2 minutes. The room was very nice neat and super clean. Bed was super cozy. Room size was big and washroom was big too. Wasrhroom and towels were also super clean. TV, AC and mini bar was working properly. Staff here are very polite and helpful. The best part of the hotel is its peace. Environment there was so peaceful. No disturbance from any noise at all.Its a must go for all kind of travellers. Dont think much just go for it.

The toilet had pee stains everywhere including the commode seat. The AC was cooling too slow and all the condensed water from the AC collected in the room by morning

Pathetic Hotel, I advise not to book this hotel otherwise it will a nightmare for you.I booked this hotel for marriage function, but nothing is good there. Worst hospitality. Lazy and untrained staff, centralized ac was not working during function. Management was greedy to charge money for very negligible things. Dont ever book to this hotel.

The hotel is a new property and has all the necessary amenities. The rooms are of decent size and very helpful staff. Loved it. True value for money.The breakfast spread is good and in case of any special request they are more than happy to fulfill your request.

Wonderful executive hotel and stay! Value for money stay. Its a new, neat & clean property, excellent royal looking interiors and staff is good. Rooms are excellent with LCD TV, Centralized AC, Working table and all other basic amenities. Washrooms are very good with Centralized Geyser.Working table, Ample Parking, Comfortable centralized AC & Geyser, good Staff, Ironing Pad and Iron, Laundry services, good breakfast.

Room is good and large size but service is quite slow in covid time

Good Hotel. Truly luxurious. Located on outskirts.ButFood quality was worse. I agree on fact that I ordered at last moment but that doesnt mean to serve stale food.Amenities are available at hotel not in room. Everything needs to be asked 3-4 times then u wud get it.Sad part for the first time in my travel I forgot my turbocharger of mobile nd when called back hotel asking for it ...they said they didnt find it.Parking is in nearby empty plot as it is situated lil bit inside from main highway road.Rooms are non smoking and no window is ther so beware of this fact smokers.Rest everything was fine. Food totally bad, overpriced.Buffet bfast was one of the worst bfast I had in my life.

The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice on what to do in the city. Parking is adequate. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. value for money!!near to airport and railway station .amazing food with nice ambience.

As it is a new property its fairly clean and mold free. Located at Outskirts of Jaipur. Real budget hotel , but I feel shahpur house is a much better place for stay which is their other property in bani park

Okish property for staying 1 night. The linen wasnt fresh as I could spot a few hairs on it. I had to ask and get it changed. The wifi coverage in the 3rd floor is not there. Its pretty basic and the staff is also new

Very good budget hotel, Very near to Airport. Hotels in Jaipur dont provide traditional bathroom sleepers. Rate of Tea is abnormally high, they should bring it to the tuning of Rs 40. Though they have provided tea arrangements in each room.

Excellent hospitality! We had a bad time with the cab driver and was left wandering on the streets, while a staff at Shahpura came looking for us and helped us from their and the entire process of checking in, the stay, food,etc were great. Highly recommend for a couple of day stays.

Room was not exactly same as shown in the pictures. Curtains were unhooked and with low quality. No dental kit at all. AC was not working properly. Complaint for the same but no solution at all. overall not happy as a 4 star property.
