I have bought 2 items from them, a brass Tiffin and a copper drinking bottle.The advertisements are so good and the photos of the items advertised look so good In the photos advertised.When I received my order both items were damaged and are not the same quality as described and what they show in the photos in the advertisements.The items are not hand made as described and are not for human use, I am sure I will be sick if I eat out the Tiffin or drink out the copper drinking bottle, the quality is so bad.I do not recommend buying anything from them especially if your buying from overseas.I am not angry about what has happened, I was going to buy a lot more items as gifts but luckily I only bought 2 to try them then decide if I want to buy more.Once again do not buy anything from them as you will regret it.All the 5 star Reviews are %100 fakePhotos Attached.Too bad there is no option to reply to you so I have to edit my review.Now you are telling me to contact you and that your products are a hundred percent copper and brass and that they are hand crafted well they are not because I have bought them and they are not near what is described on the website.I have contacted you lots of times before you reply to me to only be hunged up on the phone and when I tried to contact you by email you ignored me.I will not accept any apologies the only thing you can do is stop ripping people off and refund my money.

1.ONE ITEM MISSINGHad ordered for handi 1350ml with glass lid along with three other items.Lid was sent but HANDI IS MISSING.2. Wrong type and size of spoons supplied.Had asked for 8”” spoons (2)But received one of 4” and one of 5”.Totally disappointed with the purchase.I have video evidence in support of my commentsAfter a day…..After a lot of messages with one of their employees ,the issue was resolved with me agreeing to take another design in lieu of the one ordered .The quality seems okay.Rest time will tell.

I had purchased recently Indian Art Villa silver color stainless steel bottle capacity about 1.5 litre or so for Rs 1175 (after discount). The problem with bottle is that its cover/lid opens itself (without opening manually) frequently in moving car and all water is out. I double check whether lid is properly tight or not before putting bottle in car. My office bag which placed near also get wet. It appears the money spent has got wasted.......Im residing in Delhi. However, water remains cold for a long time if cover doesnt get opened.

I purchased their copper jug from amazon and its quality is pathetic. Its not even proper copper material as it got black patches in a week of usage. I also use their pitambari powder before using the jug but didnt help. I also cleaned the jug with lemon and salt buy still the black patches doesnt go and more patches are appearing. I also contacted indian art villa customer care but they didnt bother at all and asked me to contact amazon. Highly disappointed with them and will never buy anything in future.

I purchased one pot and 2 tumblers from them. Through their price was on a much higher side than local retailers but I went with then thinking the product would be genuine n of superior qualify. However I am surprised how their jug that costed around rs 3000, in first year itself,developed minor holes through which water is leaking out, that too when it was used very very gently.Its really sad to state that though they charge you bomb, the quality of their product is very cheap . I mean a metal pot developing a hole by itself!!!Their return condition is only for 20 days. Any genuine seller would give u warranty for at least 1-2 years if he is so sure that he is selling genuine metal products.Wont recommend anybody to waste their money on their self proclaimed brand. Better buy from your local market , it would be much cheaper and would provide u genuine product with better guarantee.

I purchased a copper jug from Indian art villa as a gift for my grand dad, he is very happy with quality and purity of Cooper.

I personally went and booked order, the owner simply forgot forgot to send the ordered goods, and he sent it after reminding for two times. Finally goods arrived after one month and the workmanship on the pot was found completely unsatisfying, and not worth the price. I dont even give one star.
