Nice hotel centrally loacted in the heart of jaipur city. Rooms are of standard size 12by12 feet with 6by6feet attached washrooms. Property is not new so u will not get a very fresh feel in the ambience and decor. Its a great deal for short stay for 2 3 days as everything is within the proximity of hotel.

A number of cafe options are there. They allows you to have outside food delivered to you rooms directly.Buffet Breakfast option is given. It was delicious. They give nice deal for a long stay. We loved our 3night hassle free stay.Proper care is given to every customer. It is the 3 star hotel and the service is also very amazing and how is the name as comfort they really provide comfort and in morning we get breakfast and we get A.C room and the bathroom is also well mentained and the staff is also very polite to customer and we can also rent guide cars here.and the price is also very less. And we get electric doors which is functioned by chips. And here you can get rums also.and many more and also can get food.here you get smart t.v also.and get telephone service also.

Everything in this hotel was wonderful. Location, staff, room tarrif, food quality and services too. The variety of breakfast wasnt changed everyday but it was tasty and satisfied. Im highly recommending this hotel to everyone. Most of the tourist location is maximum 4-5 km from this property. 5 star ✨

It was a wonderful stay for us. We stayed in Comfort Inn for 15 days and Mr. Deepchand (Housekeeping Staff) was extremely co-operative and helpful to us. He has a very joyful nature and engaged in happy and funny conversations. Loved the food and service overall. The managers were also helpful and cooperative

It was very nice experience at hotel, it is situated in city center, everything is within 5km, nice staff, room was clean and hyginenic, ample space of parking. breakfast was nice but hotel food is costly so if u want u can order ur food on zomato and eat in the room. i did the same. only cons is, there is no outer view from the room coz it is in the city. but no prob. i would recommend this hotel.Room, parking space

I did not like the stay. Especially the housekeeping were so lazy, we had to literally ask everytime to clean properly(toilet paper/soap not refilled, table not dusted , bedsheets not changed- we had a stay for 7 days - last week of February 2021, at least one time you can change the sheets and comforter) and in response the housekeeping guy had excuse that we dont have much staff here and one guy cannot do everything. Since we didnt had much time to argue, we had to continue to stay with the dirty room.The staffs( receptionist , guards) were polite and humble. But overall the stay was ruined, never going to believe the reviews of another hotel like this.

The hotel is located at a central location, therefore, most of the places are within 3-4 km. The room was clean and service was also adequate. The prices were genuine and breakfast was also appropriate. Overall a good stay within budget.

The pictures posted by other travellers are a very accurate depiction of what one gets upon reaching. The staff, house keepers, waiters are all very polite and soft spoken. Never once were there any loud voices in the corridors or in the premises irrespective of the situation they were in at any given time. The rooms are very well maintained and the breakfast which starts at 7am is an added advantage especially to those who want to have an early start to sightseeing. Worth every penny you spend. The central location is a big plus, where one can procure everything in the vicinity and also have a nice evening walk on MI road or catch a movie at RajMandir which is a less than 10 minute walk from the hotel.

A pleasant stay the 3rd time. Wonderful place and staff, worth mentioning GM Amit. Its close proximity to the city centre makes it ideal place to stay. My rating on cleanliness, food quality and overall service would be 5 stars. The hotel is located close to a large park for those who love morning walks, and lots of shopping places. Stay here and you will know. 20 minutes from Jaipur International Airport.

Well i booked this hotel for its good reviews. Everything was normal till the check out time. The person at reception desk asked me to pay for 3 bottles . But i corrected him and paid for 1 bottle. Then he asked me pay 2000 for the stained bedsheet. Though bedsheets are subjected to get dirty so i asked him to get it cleaned notmaly why he is charging such high amount for just a bedsheet. Then he said koi baat nahi aap 1000 rs de jaiye. To that i got angry because just a minute ago he was asking me to pay 2000 and now suddenly he is asking me to pay 1000 instead. I refused to pay and i checked out the hotel. After 10 minutes or so. The manager called me to pay 700 for the bedsheet. I refused him over the call. Then he threatened me that if i dont pay for the bedsheet , he will proceed legally. And he was literally taking side of his receptionist. I went back to the hotel i paid 700 rs . I got receipt. And recorded the whole conversation with the receptionist. I have an evidence now. Note : there were many things in the room. Pls confirm whether you can touch them or not. They can charge you for like anything under that roof.

Comfort stay in comfort inn. u can stay there

According to me when you visit a place the hotel you stay in plays a very important role. Comfort inn sapphire has become one of my favourites. Starting from the rooms to service in all aspects, I give it 5 stars.

The Comfort Inn Saphire was wonderful in every way with service particularly commendable.The manager (Amit) and the reception team attentively and promptly helped with all my queries including arranging for my day trip to Agra.Room service was fantastic with food available 24 hours. My laundry was returned within the day.The let me check in early on arrival and gave me a complimentary breakfast when I left as I had to go early in the morning, before their buffet breakfast started.The room was beautiful and modern with everything one would expect in a good hotel.Such good value for money!

Bad hotel room and washroom is too small

The hotel is located in Central Jaipur (The Pink City itself) Markets and Restaurants are really near by and commuting to the railway station and bus stop is also not tedious. The food quality and overall hotel service is pretty good. The hotel also provides you the facility of hiring a cab (additional charges) as per your need. Overall it is a pretty good hotel with all the necessary facilities you could ask for.

Stayed here in November, 2018. The overall experience was very nice. Its a newly constructed building, so the rooms are very nice and cozy. Hospitality is top notch, they welcomed us very warmly. You wont get a glass cubicle shower at such an affordable rate, bathroom was very neat and clean, well maintained. Room service is fast and prompt.Lastly the food was awesome. There were many items to choose from in breakfast, its hard to get all of this so cheap. Had a very peaceful and pleasant stay here in Comfort Inn Sapphire.

Its easily locatable with the help of Google maps. Rooms are good and beds are comfortable. The room service is also great. the food served is nice but expensive. Great place to stay for one-two days. The thing is if you are Lucky you can see a wonderful view of the Amer palace.

Stay was quite pleasant had a great time.food was tasty but a bit disappointed with the serving,even after asking for salad they havent provided us with that ,it is not for the first time dining staff was not at all interested on those customer who have already paid for dinner.Breakfast was good but it lacked the variety.(dinning needs a improvement)

Visited its silver cloud restaurant(oh, its dhaba btw) only but seriously they served like dhaba. I expected so much because its look was so classy in pictures and rating was also good in Zomato. Ambience and food taste of restaurant was just ok type and when they served salad, I shocked by dhaba style onions only. Tottaly lost by that.

Great for shoopers and tourists as most of the shopping places and eateries are near to area like johari bajar, chaura Rasta and tourist places like jal mahal, hawa sarak are also within 2 km range. Room Decorb and surroundings are good for a very reasonable rate, however drinking water is pricey. Room service was polite and prompt.Outside view is pretty average although it is located centrally. Food also seems to be good.

New shiny hotel close to the pink city. Good price/quality level, spacious rooms super clean, friendly staff. Weve been there for 4 nights and i would reserve it again if i would go back to Jaipur. It is at walking distance to all the important monuments, and to 2 of the most suggested restaurants in town. They can arrange transport to the Amer Fort. Breakfast is not its best and frankly speaking they must improve the offer.

The bed is really soft and the bedsheets are clean.They give you 2 bottles of water(500ml) per day.The breakfast is paid, 175 INR.The hot water was strange, looks that was not used for a long time when opened it was orange because of the rust in the tubes. After sometime it was normalized, but had to leave the water flowing for few minutes.The Internet is not good, it keeps kicking you out, and you have to login again and the speed is not that good.All the rest of good enough for the price, as expect from a hotel.
