Raja Man Singh (Man Singh I) (21 December 1550 - 6 July 1614) was the Kachwaha Rajput Raja of Amer, a state later known as Jaipur in Rajputana.Rajaman Singh of Amer was born in 1540 AD. Raja Man Singh was one of the famous neo-gems of Akbars royal court. As a trusted commander of Akbar, Raja Man Singh fought many other wars including a historic war like Haldighati against Maharana Pratap. In the year 1594, Raja Man Singh was appointed the ruler of West Bengal, Orissa and Bihar. However, as a Rajput, Rajaman Singh emerged as a commander in Akbars army and Raja Man Singh became a trusted character of Emperor Akbar. Since Raja Man Singhs aunt was married to Emperor Akbar and in fact his relationship with Emperor Akbar was that of his uncle and nephew. Maharana Pratap, on the other hand, was also a relative of Raja Man Singh, but Maharana Pratap hated the Mughals and hence began to consider Mansingh as an invader. Thus when Akbar sent Man Singh to Maharana Pratap to sign a treaty and accept Mughal sovereignty, in which he was invited for dinner, but there he was insulted. In the year 1576, there was a fierce battle of Haldi valley between the Mughals and Maharana Pratap.Akbar sent the army, although this army was formally under the operation of his son Shahzade Salim, but the control of this army was actually by Man Singh. A fierce battle ensued between Maharana Pratap and the Mughals in which the Mughals emerged victorious but Pratap managed to escape. Jhala Mann, who was one of the respected men of Maharana Prataps court, faced the war by wearing a Shirastra (guard cap) to seduce the Mughal army and helped Maharana escape from that battlefield and in that war he He laid down his life.In 1585 some Afghan tribes revolted against the Mughal Empire. Birbal, one of the famous neo-gems of Akbars court, who made his full contribution to the ongoing struggle. After that Raja Man Singh, Rao Gopaldas crossed the invincible Khyber Pass and defeated the rebels. In the year 1594, Man Singh was appointed the ruler of Bengal, Orissa and Bihar. And during this period, General Man Singh expanded the Mughal Empire by defeating many small kings. Raja Man Singh wanted to succeed the Mughal Empire, so there was a lot of conflict between Akbars son Shahzade Salim and Man Singh. That is why when Akbar died and Shahzade Salim ascended the throne, he removed Man Singh from the post of ruler of Bengal.Raja Man Singh built many amazing temples, one of which includes the temple of Vrindavan. Raja Man Singh contributed a lot to the beautification of Amber. Raja Man Singh died naturally in Ilichpur.

Jaipur. Sawai Man Singh Town Hall has been a witness for half a century of Rajasthan politics. Even though political activities in this building stopped, but the building politics could not be far from the dweep. The Congress prepared a plan of Rs 45 crore to build a world-class museum to bring back the charm of the town hall. With the coming of the BJP government, work slowed down and then stopped. Meanwhile, the former royal family also wrote to the government citing the ownership dispute. The situation is that the building is locked and its file is blowing dust in Amber Development Authority. In this building located at Jaleb Chowk, the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly operated until the year 2000. The building became deserted as the assembly moved to the new building at Jyoti Nagar. The crowded corridors became empty. The reason being consideredWriting a letter on behalf of the former royal family about the ownership is also believed to be the reason behind the work. With the step of stopping the work of the government, the officials agreed that even the construction work, even looking at the file related to it, stopped. The company handling the work also did not receive a reply. The company has moved the court. This is historySawai Mansingh Town Hall was built by Maharaja Sawai Ramsingh II for Queen Chandravatji. A few days after the construction of the building began, the Maharaja made it the auditorium of the princely council instead of the palace. The first elections to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly were held in 1952, when the Assembly was established in Sawai Mansingh Town Hall. As a building from 1952 to 2000, it was the center of state politics.Schemes made in paper, unnoticedMany plans were made on paper, but no one paid attention to the building. The building once again came to the center of politics, with controversy. Politics also started regarding its use. In the budget of 2011-12, the Congress government announced to make the town hall a world-class museum. The last time of tenure was inaugurated in 2013. For this, a plan of 45 crore rupees was prepared and work started on a war footing. Within few days the foreign company spent crores of rupees here.
