Yesterday I went to barbeque nation with my friend to enjoy exotic food being served there but contrary to my expectations both non-veg and veg combo quality has reduced drastically. I have decided that it was my last dinner at Barbeque, from now onwards I will refrain myself from going there instead of that I will prefer OTB which is situated in Crystal Palm in Gaurav Tower. Although I would say the staff was compassionate and helpful but the quality of food was pathetic. There were very less varieties available in starters and main course. I request Barbeque to include more items in their menu and improvement is also required in the taste of present items.

This restaurant provides excellent quality non vegetarian as well as vegetarian food. Also the price according to the taste and quantity is acceptable. The fresh and good quality ingredients used in the food tastes delicious. I must recommend to have Veg Biryani, Chicken Tandoori, Non Veg Combos which are really tasty. Also the quality of packaging at the time of delivery is eco friendly, spill proof containers which I liked it.

I visited the Nation for the first time while Ive visited Barbeque company 7 times till now.In Jaipur Barbeque Nation and Barbeque company are direct competitors and have the same concept with slight difference in menu.Ambiance:Company has way better ambiance than Nation and there is no competition. Company feels very private and seating is also better in Company.Food:Prawn were better in Nation else all the other things are better in taste in Company. When it comes to main course, company has nice curries but Nation is a disaster when it comes to Main course. The kulfi plate which is missing in company was awesome and the best dessert i ever had at any Buffet menu.Service:Service is good at both places except that the Dress of waiters in company is neat and tidy while in Nation its old.The manager and chef at Nation felt more concerned if we liked the food and Chef was very concerned regarding the room for improvement.Price wise it was awesome experience. Youll never get to eat this much at any place for that price.

This is my second visit after that I have reached on a conclusion about their overall service quality.From entrance to restaurant’s ambience is awesome. You should have book a table if you going on weekends or any special occasions otherwise you have to make a queue for the main course specially.Main course is not that much pretty impressive or delicious but yes as it is famous by its name, they serve awesome starter at table on BBQ skewers. During starter they serve chicken wings in day time and chicken leg pieces in evening time.The main courses and desserts served on a buffet basis. I didn’t like the taste of the dishes served in main course. Taste for main course was average. However they serve too many items in starter. After eating starter you wouldn’t have that much carving for more food. Desserts were awesome you should try each item they serve.They sing a birthday song too if we are celebrating birthday their. Loved the way they sing.Overall awesome service. it has neat and clean environment that makes this restaurant more than above average.

The service is great and staff tries very hard to overcome the shortcomings of the place.The place takes you all south. We visited on a Tuesday. The number of starters was very limited (as compared to other places). Most of the food items were stale. They were reusing the same for over 3-4 days. Bakery items were all fully dry. Absolutely no live counters. And to top all that, their AC was not working. Overlall a bad experiance.This place needs to improve a lot to come at par with other units of Barbeque nation.

I visited the bbq for first time after lockdown. It is very clean and hygiene palace. They strictly follow the guidelines about corona. First they start starter for us on our table like tandoori paneer, masroom, painapple, chiken tikka, prawans all are grilled. Starter thik thak. Main course not good like testless. Its barbeque nation... I think its name speaks for its self for the place is really big and so is the options of food... They have everything from sweets to spicy stuff ohh and did I say kulfi yeah they have kulfi too... The customer service is real good and if you have a problem just tell them they will resolve it within minutes

Though a part of franchise, the outlet lacked in few details. 1st was cleanliness, customers can see the muck on kitchen floor and on counters. 2nd Noises, the waiters chatter and broken down mike system of kitchen makes waiters shout orders thus making it a bad experience for diners. 3rd menu, the standard menu was lacking few items and the BN famous Coolberg too was missing. Lastly the waiters are though very polite and helpful they need training in serving and table manners. Oh and the famous Barbecue Nation Flag is not there anymore

There is also a facility for booking a table prior for the buffet available which is quite relaxing and makes you that you have a table reserved for you and you can cancel anytime before 3 hours of your arrival if you cant make it or changed your plans and the booking is charge free and after booking table is reserved for 15 mins. I had a very good experience and enjoyed the buffet and one more point if you are non - vegetarian you can enjoy veg and non-veg both in the buffet.

I visited both branches in Jaipur, food is delicious in both branches. hospitality is 5/5. i tried all non-vegetarian dishes here, taste 5/5. All sweet dishes need a big stomach 5/5.

To have food in this Barbeque, you have to make a queue, unless you get your table reserved. Starters were served at the table; some on BBQ skewers. The main courses and desserts were then served on a buffet basis. There were plants of options for vegetarians and meat eaters (two separate prices). Food was delicious and service good. The only complaint I had was that I tried to order a cocktail from the cocktail menu but theyd run out of ingredients so I had to settle for a cola. They also like the preparations. Good service. Neat and clean environment.

Some regular customers focus on the unlimited starters and the good selection of desserts. The main course is alright but could have been better. That can be forgiven as you will be too full from the starters. The pani puri was a good surprise. Try the paan kulfi. According to me that was the best finish to the meal.

I had ordered the Ramadan hamper box and veg premium meal. Despite giving prior instructions regarding the use of less oil and proper separate packaging of starters, the food sent was drenched in oil, with leaked oil and curries all over. The main course(which included chicken curry, lal Maas, Dal makhani) biryani and desserts were all cold, stale and bland. They emitted a foul smell as soon as we broke the seal. Moreover, the order was delivered 3 hours late, and the Swiggy app kept showing that the food is being prepared. The restaurant made me wait for 3 hours and delivered such unhealthy, stale food. We threw away the entire order.Kindly dont order food(online delivery, in particular) from this restaurant as youll definitely fall sick.

Recently ordered their barbeque in a box veg and first of all the packing was done so properly that not even a single item move or misplaced from its place talking about staters paneer tikka and pineapple both had a great barbeque taste and the chutneys served with them were just lipsmacking main course was tasty they should use a different bag for giving breads and desserts were also very delicious. .. overall 9/10 will order it again

I have been a fan of Barbeque Nation but ordered food for the first time and the quality and taste was pathetic. Also, the quantity of the starters was not enough.

Worst service ever. Manager did not attend to us even once, they were only paying attention to the tables who ordered wine and fancy stuff. We didnt even get all the items listed on the menu. No one was there to keep a check, children were running around and picking food right from the serving area into their mouth. And then picking other items with the same hand. The biryani didnt have a single piece of meat left in it and no one even bothered to refill or ask us after demanding!! The beverage ordered was not cold. The desserts were overly sweet so that people cant eat much and there wasnt more than 3 dessert, whereas they offer more than 10 on their menu. Horrible experience. Totally got neglected.
