It was good, but not worthy of being a 5 star. Multiple issues with staff and services, maybe because they are just coming back from Covid. Still I expected better from Trident.

We had an awesome experience while staying in Trident, Jaipur. Amazing hospitality, polite, friendly and interactive staff including people at reception to servers and bartenders as well as house keeping. Their sanitization protocols are very thorough. We also left some luggage by mistake in our room which was promptly delivered to our address. Kudos to them ! Special mentions for Mr Kinley, Mr Akshay, Mr Sahil from housekeeping and team for making our stay memorable. Keep up the good work guys

The hospitality was at par. The property is very beautiful and very well maintained, located just in front of Jal Mahal. Covid protocols were strictly followed with proper sanitisation and hygiene. Overall it was the best experience. As a woman traveller I did feel unsafe and restricted. Everybody displayed decent behavior and courtesy. The staff was polite and helpful.

We had an awesome experience while staying in Trident, Jaipur. Hotel in located in the road from Jaipur to Amber. We booked a lake view room which gave us an awesome view of the Man Sagar Lake and gives you a majestic view of the Jal Mahal. All COVID protocols were followed. Its an old property but very well maintained. On check-in we found some issues with the door locks but was promptly repaired by the Hotel maintenance team. The buffet breakfast included in the tariff had a variety of options including healthy food. We had to wait for 15 mins to get a table for breakfast but was informed via call that is acceptable. The cost of food is too high (Close to 3k for two persons) and so we had our lunch and dinner in other good restaurants nearby.Most of the channels were available in the LED TV with an option to use OTT services like Netflix, Hotstar etc using our own login. The charges for laundry services were so high that we considered buying new clothes instead of using their laundry services. An iron box and an Iron board was available in the room.The swimming pool was open, and we had a nice relaxing time in the pool. We can have the scenic view of Aravalli hills from the swimming pool. A kids area is available where puppet shows, pot making activity and few games were available. The hotel also has a gym, snooker board, table tennis board etc.The overall experience was good, however there is scope for improvement and could have been better. Would recommend for anyone visiting Jaipur. Our stay in Trident, Udaipur gave us a much better experience compared to Trident, Jaipur.

I was booked into this hotel for an official visit. But I instantly fell in love with the location and interior deco of this hotel. Lake infront of the hotel gives you a majestic view. I have been to numerous hotels across India, most of those big shot 5 starrer. I would rate this high. A dedicated personal balcony completes my room and it did here. The hotel was cleanest (not even a minute flaw) with staff very welcoming and friendly. They would check occasionally if you are in need of something. Dinner was a veritable delicacy. And all COVID protocols were made while serving food. The chef went from table to table noting feedbacks and was open for requests and suggestions. I requested him a chicken scallopeni which he instantly agreed to. The pool was closed due to restrictions. The internet was fast. And something that I hate in big hotels is you dont get too much choices in TV channels, but that wasnt the case here - All channels with an option for you to login to your Netflix or Hotstar account. There was an iron and an Iron board included which is specially useful when I had to iron out my blazer to get ready for the meeting. There were spa and gyms which is usual but I felt the spa were costlier (₹6.5K) as compared to JW Marriots. Breakfast had usual rush, I had to wait for 10 mins to get a table but was informed via call that is acceptable. Breakfast had varieties, but it lacked Apple and Orange juice. Healthy breakfasts were available with all dry fruits along with desserts. You could as usual order a few items to be made for you. There were no annoying calls at checkout time. The process was unbelievably smooth. The sweetest gesture was the GM of the hotel personally came to greet and chat and made the stay end on an even more friendly note.Definitely would recommend solo, couples and families to visit the property.

My review is in the context of this hotel referring to themselves as a Five Star (although they state that it is the Ministry of Tourisms Label)My experience at the trident Jaipur was quite bad. The hallways and the bathrooms were smelly and the bathroom itself was quite dirty. The fixtures were old and water stained and the commode was also stained.The beddings were also stained and I had to have them changed. Around the pool area were cigarette butts and used water bottles and dirty towels on the floor too. The food also was not upto the mark.The only reason I am not giving it a 1 star review is because the staff were very polite, courteous and professional.

Perfect stay in Jaipur, Amazing location, very well maintained, very helpful staff and very delicious food in the restaurant. We spent 5days and 4nights there with 6 years old boy. My son loved kids club there. Highly recommended 10/10.

I had stayed in this around 15 days ago it is one of the best hotel I had stayed. There service staff was very nice even their trainees were skilled. One trainee Somitra was very nice he had assisted us like a professional in buffet and in staff members Somya and Yogesh gave an excellent service. We observed that Mr. Abhishek Sharma interacted with each any every guest and made sure that the stay is planned to the comfort of guests.Rooms - Neat and clean rooms with all modern facilities. There are rooms with garden view and Lake view. One should reseve Lake view room in advance since these rooms are always in demand.Housekeeping - Team timely reached out to make sure if any kind of cleaning or any other housekeeping services are required.Evening - One can enjoy Rajasthani traditional puppet show and bangle making process in evening from 7 pm onwards.Food - Visit Jal Mahal restaurant for finest cuisines ever. At breakfast, we were greeted warmly. Ms. Pallavi made sure that we taste the best Kadi Kachori ever. The staff at Jal Mahal restaurant must be applauded for living up to the manvaar tradition of Rajasthani culture and Trident/Oberoi Group of Hotels.Check out process - Smooth check out process at reception with warm farewell and were asked if they could do more to make our visit at Trident more memorable. We were gifted a nice glass artwork - nice gesture.

Pros - Well maintained property and customer centric approach as expected from a 5 star genre property.Cons - didn’t receive water bottles upon requesting housekeeping for consecutive 2 times.Was provided a complimentary cake on eve of our first anniversary but it tasted stale so had to leave it .

Location is best in Jaipur just opposite the road to jal mahal and from your room you get the view of mountains, lake and a monument in one canvas2. Best desserts of the hotel are Butterscotch ice cream, Brownie with ice cream (brownie is freshly baked)3. Staff is active and always ready to help. Best midnight milk for baby, baby food throughout the day.4. Kids room for them to enjoy in a hotel setup5. Spa decent and relaxing

Its a 5 star property hence they will maintain all the things. In my views should try other 5 star property. Trident is better but In Jaipur we might try another property.

Great view and well maintained property topped with a polite and very helpful staff. The food too is amazing and the breakfast spread is decent enough, all in all a very nice place to stay. The staff members keep your requests on top priority and try their level best to fulfill your demand.

We stayed here for a night as part of our Jaipur trip and found the trident experience truly mesmerizing.We stayed in a lake facing room which also had a small balcony. Pool was well maintained and open for splash.The best part of our stay was the check in experience. Our 3 year old was asleep when we checked in and we were directly moved to the room where the checkin formalities were completed over Tab.Special mention to intern shreyash ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) who also guided us on what do at evening while completing chwvkin formalities.We also felt professionalism in every service. The milk for the kid was always sent Luke warm (something we had missed in many other 5 star hotels).We also had buffet dinner and breakfast which were good. Mr Akshay at restaurant took special care of us and even packed some cakes for the little one who was too busy to eat anything during breakfast.I would also like to thank the lady at kids club who took care of our child while we were busy taking photos.We somehow forgot kids favorite sipper and hotel premise and they have been so kind that it is being couriered to my home. (Something I have missed in my stays at Marriotts or Radissons)I have to say that the trident experience truly mesmerizing and extremely professional one. You are actually taken care of there.

Perfect hotel if you want to stay close to the beautiful Jal Mahal. They have rooms available that has a view of the palace. The property is overall very beautiful.

The hotel location is perfect, great hospitality, the best part was that my 15 months old baby enjoyed the stay as things required for a baby were provided on time, but the biggest sour point of the stay was the food. The food seriously requires a lot of improvement as lot of things in buffet tasted bland, did not feel fresh especially for dinner. Breakfast was also okish nothing special, the food was not even close to a 5 star standard. Chef Pallavi called us, for bad food experience that was a nice gesture and served us a nice tasting pasta, but the fact remains our two mail meals were not good at all, will think twice now before booking a stay at trident now, keeping the food quality in mind.

The good place to have food and fast food. There are so many cakes and pastries of different flavours.tgere is so good sitting area to have your food. The place is so hygienic. Rates are reasonable.parking facilities also there.You can have fast food like pizza, sandwich, patties and many more there.

It is a small property, however they have one of the best housekeeping that I have seen. The chefs also go out of their way to delight the guests. Paan icecream was superb. The kids room with a dedicated caretaker is a delight to enjoy the place.

It was my dream to stay in Trident because it always fascinate me due to its beautiful location, I got a chance to visit this place recently, I did not like the hotel room, very suffocating, no separate shower area,(room with bath tub), food was also not awesome, drinks were very basic(we did not get what we asked for, but charged super high), absolutely tasteless food(paneer tikka without salt, crispy corn with tons of garlic), now talk about buffet breakfast for which I am regretting that why for that breakfast i woke up so early, if anyone wants to book Trident, book a room without any meal included, have good food outside, and book a basic room, because even in deluxe room we did not get bathroom slipper, no dental kit, no bathrobes, mosquito and flies in room. I dont know but somehow I really did not enjoy my visit. Staff was very friendly, they will ask for you for everything, they will take feedback for everything but not sure they will implement that or not. For that I will visit one more time and will see by myself. 2 stars for staff members who were very vigilant, even by face expression they understand that the guest is having some issue, so staff was good, but not the hotel

One Star minus, due to restaurant was sub par food. Flavors were off and soups taste like packet seasonings. On positive note,, service was very good. Manager was also notified of our dissatisfied family dinner. As for rooms, it is an older hotel..we all slept ok.. though sounds are easy to hear inside and out.We stayed for the location to sight seeing. Also minus star due to pool,spa and the Verandah restaurant not being open. We paid more to stay here than what we could have paid for Hilton or Marriott with our reward points. Next time we will clarify availability of amenities before booking.

Amazing location,well maintained,very helpful staff and very delicious food in the restaurant.we spent 4 days and 3 nights there with 6 years old boy and 1 year baby girl..staff was very helpful as they provided baby cot in our room and baby stroller also.My son loved kids club there...we spent quality time there and loved it!

Though property is good yet they are either understaffed or incompetent to handle more than 50 guests at same time,specifically on weekends.I have stayed for 2 days on 30.07.21+31.07.21.On both days the Food served was as if it was. Made in hurry,let it be oil smacking aloo bhaji or standalone channa in chana kulcha servedIce cold Hot Masala tea served icing on the cake.

We visited trident hotel on 10july 2021with our family and we really are not satisfied with the service they are providing . There were issues related to services in restaurant and also the food quality as well as food quantity was not upto mark. There staff dont even know the difference between a laccha paratha and chapati . Really had a bad experience didnt excepted this poor hospitality and poor management. The service was late as well as the food was not upto mark. The staff was also not trained . We have to wait for one hour after ordering our food and after that when the food was served on the table after many reminder the chapati was not served and wrongly dishes was served. There was no one responsible for the money we have spend to feel the hospitality and no value for our money.

A great place to stay at when you want to be away from the heart of town and din and bustle, yet close enough to make it places within the city. Right opposite the hotel is the Jal Mahal and the Amer fort is a 10-15 minute drive away from the Trident. The staff are warm and welcoming, rooms are nice, cozy and very clean. The food is decent. Over all a good choice for a personal or business stay.

The jal palace view was obstructed because of the net that they have installed for the birds, so my balcony view got affected otherwise this place is 5 stars !
