Took 13days for a delivery

Overall good services at DTDC. But they are not providing To pay services to the customers. I have tried their but they just giving the other branch address to use this service. But no one is ready to provide the details about it. DTDC needs to clear their stand about this. Also they needs to appoint some professional staff to their franchise. If it is not possible at least a annual training must for current staff to get the best details about the company and learn how to deal with customers.

One of the best courier services in town, specially this branch beside He n She. The charges are very reasonable, services are good, on-time delivery. Better than most of the other courier services perhaps. Rating it with 4 stars, could make it even 5 in future.

I have used there services several it has low price then other services and the delivery will be on time, great experience . Always, it is my first priority for courier 🤠🤠

Average service quality.They disappointed many times regarding shipping the courier from their hub to my address.... They dont even inform you if your order has reached jabalpur or not and keep you parcel for even 10 days unless you visit them personally. Really disappointed as DTDC is one of the biggest courier company in india but they are not managing their wprk properly.... No one takes the accountability of any defaults from their side.... They wont even give you reaons of why your parcel are not delivered to your home.. If possible try to avoid using DTDC.. specially when they are delivering in jabalpur.

Very Poor Service..The courier had not delivered to us but on their system it showed that thay already delivered it and in receiver details they mentioned that the relative has taken the courier. By seeing this in DTDC tracking website we started to search for the courier in our office and we checked with our neighbour also.Then we called to the DTDC office then they are saying that it is in our office we have not yet delivered to you.Please take necessary action.

I personally talked to the customer care helpline. Their behaviour was so rude that I wont ever send or receive anything from that courier service. The worst experience ever. Not a single bit helpful. Disgusting.
