Extremely ignorant staff! I just had issue with my phone power and volume buttons and wanted them to be changed , and for that she asked me to leave my phone for 7 days . Seriously, 7 days to repair the buttons? Both the service centres of MI in Jabalpur and absolutely horrible with thier pathetic service , try to avoid them if your device isnt in warranty.

If your device is under warranty you must go to service center. If your device is out of warranty do not go there, they not repairing the device they just change the part only. It levying heavy cost.

Ive waited for 3 hours to get my phone repair but good things was I got back my phone same day without any charge and its was kindly good experience the staff they were polite and helpful also.
