The workshop people who are doing work there are very nice , the behaviour is good they are not misbehaving with customers. There services are good according to me , they treated me good and respond to my problem and give the proper solution but they need to make stock of product beacuse sometime it takes 7-11 days to change the damaged product, alltough it is good

Very bad service this is the worst service center i have been. The just told you that your main mother board is faulty and it will cost me 9000₹ but in other shop and they fixed it in 500₹ only.

The guys dont even know how to backup the data of the customer. Wonder how they are even running a service center. Very strongly discourage anyone seeking service.

Too good of a place. Very cooperative and responsive. A staff member, Manish, attended me as Mi representative and understood my handset problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes.

This place is good because it is at the heart of the city.... They work very fast as compared to other service centers.

Very basic services are available. Customer service very poor. Patience is required for jobs to be done.

Nice one....but it is situated in the 2 floor of jayanti complex....so most people get confused with the location and there is no info about the centre outside the building...n if u ask some shopkeepers ABT the mi service centre then they will not tell u ABT this centre instead they try to manipulate for repairing ur mobile at their shops....so dont get fooled....just go to the 2 floor of jayanti complex..

Long waiting hours for a slight repair work ,they thinks customers are foolish they didnt know anything ,give useless excuses.They first give warranty and when again problem occurs they starts giving foolish excuses that aisi complain to aaj tk kisi customer ki ni aai pata ni apko kyu aa rahi haiPehle warranty do aur bhool jao idiots

Mi authorized service center.GO EARLY as in many persons come here daily, coming early and in odd time will save your waiting time.Service is average they use to keep the phones rather repairing hand to hand.And if your phone is out of warranty i would suggest to get issues fixed at any other local shop over the market,this will save lot of bucks..
