Jio fibre service is the worst service I have ever experienced. In case of any trouble you will find no one solve the problem. Their field men pass the buck and provide you the number of somebody else on this pretext that they left jio. You call customer care but they dont even register your complaint and if on calling multiple times for multiple days your complaint is registered still nobody comes to resolve the issue.

The staff is quite well mannered and cooperative

THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR ENTIRE DAY, AND BEHAVED LIKE SARKARI BABUS, AND AFTER WASTING MY ENTIRE DAY SOME ABC CAME OUT AND SAID THEY CANT HELP US. BABU CULTURE IN JIO DID NOT SURPRISE ME AT ALL.

I ordered JioFiber 3 months ago but when i give my POI it was booked successfully but it was cancelled Later because they guy who fillup the form online did a mistake then we book again it was cancelled tooo my payment was refunded but they did not instal any cables in my area the enginer told me you need to wait more 3 months seriously 3 months before and then 3 months more Worst service ever.

Worst service. Just registered for jio fiber 9 days ago but still not installed, they just keep on saying today, tomorrow and so on. And now they are not even answering our call.

I went to seek information about SIM Registration but the front office staff knew nothing and talked like he owned the whole office. Its bakwaas there.

Its corporate office they will send u someplace else to get ur problem fixed
