Good place to be for a small to mid-range laptop, especially for students.Good place for people who may be buying a laptop for a first time. The owner explains which one you should buy, etc. based on your requirement. In short, if you dont want to think much, and need more of an assurance from someone that youre making a right choice, you will get it here.NOT a place for high-end laptops, or for people who like to make their laptop choice based on their own mind and will.

Explain to customer very well

They made me comfortable. Then I went with a specific specification. They showed me that and showed 2 specs better than mine. Then they helped me to choose the best. Apart from that they provided all the things as per the specs. That is the criteria of this HP World. Go and buy it blindly

Nice quaint little shop, no parking facility, corner of a busy square, approach is a challenge. The shop keeper is helping, a little less informed but.

The technical support is handled by inefficient people who have only two solutions to a software problem namely Formatting Windows and Re-installing a pirated version. I had forgotten the password of Win 8 original on my HP Pavillion laptop which I bought from the same store 3 yrs back. The solution suggested by the shops technical team was useless and they warned that all data will be lost. Finally I decided not to trust them and here I am now writing this review from the same laptop. I was misled on various accounts and they seemed greedy to me.
