Worst service ever. On Monday gave my laptop because mic wasnt working they said windows reinstallation needed. On Tuesday, After reinstallation they lied that system is working, but when I went to pick up my laptop it wasnt switching on. They said need time to check. On Wednesday, they told me that there is some issue with hard disk and it needed to be replaced. On Thursday, (after replacing hard disk) I was told that mic still wasnt working and I need to change motherboard for that. An alternative solution is to use external webcam. I agreed. When I went to take my laptop back the drivers werent properly installed and bluetooth wasnt working. Again they said they needed time. On Friday, they told me that bluetooth problem cant be resolved and they dont know what to do. And yes, mic still wasnt working. I was frustrated I asked them to put my old hard disk back and return laptop to me. They did. So after 5 days and 4 visits to the service center I got nothing. After putting old hard disk they just returned the laptop to me and now I have to install all the drivers and softwares myself as they asked for additional charges to do so.
I call them for assistance for boot loop of my office PC and as per instructions received from Dell service I myself able to put right my PC
Recommended for people who want to get their Dell laptop/accessories repaired.

They dont have the New motherboards for laptops, So Please if you are facing problems related to the board, first ask about available board or any product that, is this new or refurbished ?
Dont visit until last option. Staff incompetent. Very casual & unprofessional approach.
