It almost could have hit the biker 3 times on the way no guarantee for your safe journey to your destination at all sab bhagwan k bharose customer care support (-)100 hygiene (-) 1000 driving (-) 1000.Prefer not to ask any one to again travel with such a travler even of could be the last option to travel.Verma travel se travel karo tou bhagwan bharose karo.😂

I blame myself fpr booking with operator. Worst service ever. Paid rs.2000 for quality of rs.100. I am literally frustrated with operator. This travelling experience will haunt me forever and became my worst nightmare. I am begging you to not travel with them.

Parcel booking service is very bad.. there are 5 booking counters but only 1 or 2 is dealing with the customers..

I was travelling from mumbai to bhopal by verma travels bus no MP 04 PA 3123 on 21/04/2019. Around 9 PM in kasara ghat the bus breakdown. Driver said that fan belt is damaged it shall be replaced.Driver even called the concerned office of the verma travels but they replied saying that they cant do anything. Even they didn’t arrange another bus. We were stuck in between some forest area and these travel company even didn’t bothered to help us. Passengers called police and that police men called local mechanic who repaired the bus it took around 7 hours to repair the bus and we all passengers were standing outside in ghat jungle around us. Such a pathetic service. I will never again book this bus ticket. It was risk to all of our lives. I had my meetin on 22 around 11 AM and this bus was scheduled to drop at 8:45 in bhopal. We reached around 5:30 PM. I dnt knw who is responsible for all those who suffered in this travelling. Even the condition of the bus was to old. Why are these people using this old busses and playing with lifes of the people.RTO Shall ban all these buses.Verma travels you are going down.

During this Covid pandemic situation, lot of local seats taken and allowed to sleep inside the moving passage.4. Everyone was coughing. No one ask them to check temperature or instructions to wear mask.5. Bus literally delayed by 5-6 hrs to drop at Indore from Nashik, worst experience.6. Fare is 2000 per seat and service is like 400 rs nonAC vehicle, even more worst.7. AC blowers broken, not able to keep off the flow.Overall I literally blaming my self why I booked this bus.Hope the review is helpfull.Bus is clearly worst ever.

I wish if theres a minus rating. The service was horrible. I had booked an AC bus which cost me around Rs. 1000 and if I had to compare it with ST Bus, I would prefer it over Verma Travels anytime. Extremely disappointed! No communication or clear direction - My ticket showed me a different pick up location and I was asked to travel 7-8kms to board the bus at my own expenses. It was an extremely unpleasant journey and from Bhopal again all the passengers were asked to shift to another bus in the middle of night. This bus again was unhygienic and in a very very bad condition. The journey again was very unpleasant. Could not sleep whole night. The estimated journey time was told to be 12hrs which exceeded to 16hrs. 16hrs of my worst travel journey ever. Never going to choose Verma Travels ever. Thanks for this horrifying experience!

Cheap rates and good quality buses

Sleeper is worst. At the time of booking they show different seat of a bus but when actual bus is arrived they change bus and sleeper berth.Bus comes 2hrs delay And in mid night they stop bus in Bhopal city unload passengers and after 3-4hrs another bus coming they seat again in different bus and then finally reach destination. And then during this pandemic situation changes bus is so scared.

I dont understand why they charged Highest amount of RS.I thought that I will get comfirtness in this bus as they charged more than average buses charged for I dore to Ahmedabad route.They dont even give water , some bad smells there , there is continuously some voice coming from break down parts of the bus. DO NOT TRAVEL BY THIS BUS.They are most unprofessional travels running on road.1. The time schedule online is not matching the actual time of bus. They arrive pick up 1-2 hour late , stops everywhere on the way and reach the destination 3-4 hour late of schedule time.When u complain about it driver tells that the timing is correct on road they have not updated online.2. They dont clean bus. U will find pan stains and tifin packets in seats3. They will try to change your seat as u arrive in bus to accommodate more ppl4. Staff is arrogant and not helping at all.This is waste of time and money to travel by this bus. I wish I had option of negative rating

Volvo Mumbai - IndoreI felt like cheated, Double Sleeper was nowhere enough for two people, i could barely find space, see images. Stairs we all broken, see image. The worst thing was, they stopped a/c at dinner halt at midnight (Apprx 12.15 AM). See the attached video. How come they force all passengers to come outside in mid of sleep/night? With 20 years of traveling experience, I can surely say that any elegant A/C bus will never switch off engine/AC at that late time. On same stop also, there were other bus and all of them kept ac running during dinner halt. I paid for luxury and received a below basic experience.

Pathetic service i suggest you guys dont book this bus otherwise they will ruin your whole tour. the staff especially the conductor are dumb seriously they dont use their brain while taking wiyh women at dark night they are rude to passenger. also there is c9mmucommunic gap between the agents and passenger i was trying to locate my bus so i called on the number of agent he received it once only and said to me that i dont know about the bus and after that i was calling on that number agtai nd again but he didnt picked up i did approximately 25 times because i was on the road in night. no body gives a damn whether you are in the bus or jot they dont even try to contact you. it was horrible night for me they completely ruined my tour. if you want good and pleasant journey they please stay away from this verma travels.

Very very poor service bus is extremely unhygienic.. pillows stink and are dirty ,seems they have not washed for several weeks..Bedsheets are too smelly to tolerate a night in this so called bus,the washroom are very stinky and its smell continuously spreads in the passage between and to top of this the bus fare is very high.what are they charging for then? DO NOT travel in this bus even in emergency!

Will never travel in Verma Travels again.I took a bus from Mumbai to Indore as there was no other better option available to travel and selected Verma Bus.During my journey I realised that below the sleeper bed there were too many bed bugs (khatmal) and ruined my entire journey.I complained about this to driver and helper, but they reacted as if it was nothing and they were uses to it.The bus was Volvo but the interior was not at all clean, full of bugs!Well its my friendly advice to all future passengers to check the bus bed completely from all sides before travelling.
