The cleanliness of the hospital, its rooms and common areas is highly satisfactory. The housekeeping staff keeps every corner of the hospital including toilets clean and hygienic. I have gone to the hospital a few times when my relatives and once a family member were admitted there. I had the same experience every times and I can confidently state that the hospital authorities keep a close watch on the cleanliness part which is truly necessary and plays a key role.

The reachability to the hospital is no problem at all. The others may face difficulty in terms of parking space, but the hospital has another entry from the back as well and parking is not that big of an issue at all. The good thing is that the staff of the Hospital is highly cooperative, supportive and they are ever willing to assist and serve. In our case, they extended assistance right from the parking zone itself which can be truly termed as personalized touch.

The staff members were highly friendly and cooperative. They showed complete support when I went to admit a relative of mine. They followed all the procedures regarding admission properly but did not let the patient suffer and made me feel very comfortable. They are quite professional but humanity stands intact. I was left impressed by such an attitude and approach of the staff members.

One of my family members was admitted to the Jyoti hospital. I had a Mediclaim policy, but I was not sure how ill they take it. But I felt really happy and relaxed when my cashless policy proved to be really cashless and the front office at Jyoti Hospital has helped in it. The treatment was highly satisfactory and so was the use of my policy with ease. Also Ive read some reviews about the hospital where it was mentioned that they charge a steep price for even a simple procedure. I wish to state that there is nothing of that sort.

I was not sure whether I would be able to go for my long walks or not. I had always been an athlete and a true fitness enthusiast. When I got to know that one of my relatives had to get a complete knee replacement due to osteoarthritis, I was highly sceptical. He listened to our volley of questions intently gave answers to all of them in a highly satisfactory manner and explained the complete procedure. The operation took place and to my utter surprise, my relative was allowed to walk the next day itself and within a fortnight or so he was able to climb the steps and he could resume all of his routine activities within a month’s time. It seemed miraculous to us and we all felt delighted to discover that our relative was enjoying his life to the full post this operation. He used to be in immense pain and stayed misguided for long.Dr. Tiwari used the M3R technique in which less soft tissue and muscles are incised which ensures speedy recovery and post-operative pain is much lesser. He carried out the operation in such a dexterous manner preserving maximum soft tissue and bone stock. He made it sound easy and made the life of my relative quite easy and normal post the procedure. He fully recovered in a months time without any complex intervention.I enquired about the Hospital further and got an opportunity to look around. It is known for maintaining transparency, integrity and the charges are competitive. I tried to learn about the Operation Theatre and other machines and equipment and discovered that they were well-equipped and contemporary.The Hospital has an ambulance, a fully operational pathology, an in-house pharmacy, canteen and parking in the basement. Clean & hygienic hospital , staff & dr. also good behaviour

This is the worst hospital in Indore...If you want a strugling death then go there. they will first make your case severe and then you come to know that they dont have any capabilities or equipments to handle your case, thier only focus is to earn money and do their business adding annesessary charges to the bill like investigations and medicines. They will let you die for money but dont let you know about your true conditions.

Hospital staff is very professional & caring. Dr. Tiwari is one of the best doctors I have met. Proper assessment of disease and provide accurate therapy for faster healing.

1) Cost of perception card is very high .2) receptionist isnt used to with information of doctors, that what she would be prefer best for patient.

Unscrupulous Hospital.Unnecessary fees are added.They do not give medicine bills because they add 10 times more money than they do not give medicines.Our doctors fee was 1500 while he added 2500The doctor had 2 visits, he added 4.
