Even you cant trust on reports.in simple way you are paying alot and will got nothing with wastage of time.Bottom line !- hospitals are the matter of life dont offer practical to newcommers !!

The place ONLY LOOKS GOOD BUT ITS NOT !!!!do not go there unless you have really no options available for testing or scanning. The worse part is their communication ..even if you have booked a slot for particular test then also they will make u wait for hours . They will make u roam around recption,billing MRI and what not. They do not care if you are in an emergency . They just care about money and even if u have capable of all payments they have no respect of the patients time. I wish i could rate them in negative.

The most unprofessional people are employed here. they are not just rude but also irresponsible. Their pathology department cant be trusted. Nobody should take risk of life by visiting here.This place was better till Dr Lal path labs were operating. Now its pathetic.

I want to give zero ratings, unfortunately thats not an option. Please avoid this centre for diagnostic tests. I came with a friend for a sonography test where you need to hold your bladder for the test. Even though the clinic was empty, we were waiting for 1.5 hours for the test to begin. The staff was clueless on the whereabouts of the doctor, and there was no one else to take the test. All this while my friend was very uncomfortable due to holding her bladder. Please avoid this centre.

Not having proper facilities and services even they dont have mug in the washrooms so even in general word bads are not in proper condition.Yes the cleaning is good there staff is good with behaviour.Canteen food is tasteless even you dont feel that its hygiene.Doctor and remaining service staff was good.

Very unhygienic and has very dirty washrooms no discipline in hospital neither rules are followed properly. Rooms even the ICU HAVE insects like khatmal even on patients bed and in wards. No proper facilities

The new premises of hospital is good butIts too costly not affordable for everyone.they charges rs. 6500 + 20% gst for private room.

They try to waste your time as much as possible. I called in the hospital for the appointment but the person there told me to come directly. We reached the hospital at 11 am first thing they did was to take payment. After that we waited for 3 hours. Not a single responsible person is there( except cashier because he had to take amount). Neither they understand value of time nor they give satisfactory answers.

First the hospital staff took amount for full body checkup and then they said that the doctors are not available and we have to come some other day. We asked for refund, but they told the amount is not refundable. This is unacceptable. Hospital staff do not cooperate and make fool of there patient .

I had very experienced here. Specially with thier Ultrasound and Radiology department when I took my wife for sonography. Radiologist was very bad, rude and not professional. She does not talk patient properly, not giving answers to our doubts. Its seem like she is doing favor to us... Not performing her duties properly. I never come across such a bad radiologist. I would not recommend anyone to use Radiologist in wife pregnancy. Very very bad.

Vishesh Hospitals management is not good Doctors are good.. Specially Vandana Bansal Mam is very nice personality. She is very nice surgeon.. OT facility is very nice. Pathology services is nice. Vishesh pharmacy service is very low class. I hv to Wait for 35 minutes for taking medicine. And when I go back to return some medicine, they didnt return my full money. Firstly it is said that they will not return my remaining medicine. After some arguments they cut 5 percent of my remaining amount. Strange??? Where is rule for money deduction in returning any things in the market.

I dont wanna give even a single star. Doctors didnt clean my wounds properly and i got infected after few days. I also had injuries in my mouth, doctors didnt check it properly and I found a piece of tooth was embedded inside my lips. They dont know how to apply stitches. It is the worst hospital.

Pharmacy store at Vishesh hospital is worst. In the age of digitalization, the store staff ask to pay in cash on purchase of medicines, as their card machine is not working. On the contrary, the OPD is accepting the digital payment at the same moment. Certainly an improvement is required by store mangement to handle customers.

They only foucus on money they dont have value of your time.. they are not time punctual appointment time is 11am-1pm and Doc will be come 12:30 or late.. disappointed

The worst hospital ever. Their aim is not to treat patient, their aim is to strain as much money possible from the patients family.Staff is super rude, ICU doesnt offer any kind of Intensive Care, they take 20,000/- per day for ICU and also they make us Sign a note that 20% will be added to the amount as medical service or something.I request to every person reading my review please dont prefer this hospital. moreover, our family has also lost a relative because of carelessness of the staff.

Very poor service by Radiology & CRM department. They revised the X ray reports time three times. Wrote a complaint to CRM department no response. They say they dont have radiologist to write report. Wonder why do they operate then. I suggest go to Suyash next to it or Sodani lab.

Good diagnostic centre but pathetic hospital.Semi Private Rooms:They dont know the difference between semi private and general ward. Semi means half which means two beds in a room but they have 4 beds in it. All semi private rooms in other hospital has two beds but Vishesh is Vishesh they follow there own dictionary.Private Rooms:They charge 4000 INR for this room. It doesnt worth a penny. I have valid explaination.1. Emergency ring is provided to patients so that they can ring it in emergency while lying on the bed but unfortunately they have placed emergency bell 5 ft away from patient.2. Patient and attendant bed shakes like hell. I despirately want to record all this and share it in vlog so that you guys can see it yourself.3. Still CRT TV which doesnt work properly and you cant ever think of switching channels as they have a tie up local TV operators but thank to God they have some set top box(dont be happy, it would be better if they dont keep it)4. Ward persons dont come and see the status of IVs. You have to take care by yourself and ring them otherwise reverse blood will start flowing from your views.Management:Who are these people? Do they exist in this hospital?They are the perfect idol of Gandhijis third monkey. Who doesnt hear anything.I have told my problem multiple times to them but it is of no use.If you ask for anything from ward boys or nurses they ask you to consult management... Which doesnt existMediclaim Department:Why do they have this department? They have cashless tie up with only 2 or 3 private agencies like bajaj, ICICI and 1 more. After discussing with Mediclaim guy he says other semi govt like united, Oriental doesnt pay them money... Are other 80% hospital in India doesnt get there money from these semi govt agencies...Billing Department:Can you imagine they have mistake in there billing software. Yes they do have and know about it but dont do anything.They are the only hospital who takes 20% service charge on all the diagnosis if you get hospitalised. Assume if you want to have blood test and if you come just like that to diagnosis centre they will charge you only 100 but if you are hospitalised then they will charge 100 + 20% service charge on all test(only when you are hospitalised)Final Verdict:If you have Mediclaim then never ever think of visiting this hospital. There bill is not at all Mediclaim friendly. In 4000 rs you get nothing. Best hospital i.e Bombay hospital also charges 2830 for private room with far better facilities, services.I had my own visiting doctor so luckily we got satisfied treatment and he is the only reason we visited this hospital multiple times.Think twice before visiting this hospital. And if you want to go by my words then dont ever get your near ones admitted in this hospital.Finally Vishesh is VisheshLooking for some change in this hospital. All the best.
