Im giving 3 stars because Eureka Hospital is bit expensive than the service they provide. Otherwise cleaness is okay staff is also nice. Doctors consultation charges are now high.

Eureka Hospital is located near patrakar colony square Saket, service provided by hospital is good not bad, staff behaviour is also good you may face problem for parking of four wheeler different type of medical tests are taken here medical store facility is also available, Ambulance is also available for the patients Doctor visit time is different - different hospital is open 24*7.

Fantastic Hospital. The staff is really helpful and the doctors are very polite. Went for the Kidney stones Surgery and it was my best decision.

My wife had to consult a gynecologist and we came to know about Dr. Kalpana Jain, a noted gynecologist in the region. I obtained her contact number and got an appointment at Eureka Hospital. It was quite easy to reach the hospital and parking was not much of a challenge. There is valet parking facility available at the hospital. However, the parking space of the hospital cannot accommodate more than ten-twelve cars. There is a separate parking space for two-wheelers as well. Others may park the car on either sides of the road.We went to the counter and got a receipt for OPD after mentioning the name of the doctor. We paid in advance at the counter and went inside. There is a waiting lounge for the patients and their attendants beside which the cabins of the doctors are located where they see the patients in OPD.There was a huge rush and most of the female patients had come to consult Dr. Jain. There were other specialists as well. I remember of Dr. Karnawat, an ENT specialist. We discovered that the hospital is a collective and combined effort of eight leading doctors of the region. The hospital is clean and hygienic. The cabins of the doctors are commodious and privacy is ensured. The doctors, especially, Dr. Jain, is assisted by a competent nurse. I decided to check the amenities to add value to the review. They have general ward and private rooms as well for admitted patients. I spotted a fully-equipped operation theatre and an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as well. There is an in-house laboratory in the basement and it may conduct various prescribed tests. However, the tests which cannot be carried out in-house have to be undergone at other diagnostic centres.The doctors are quite amiable and highly competent and experienced. The security at the hospital is adequate and the staff members on the whole are quite friendly. There is a fully operational canteen at the top floor with seating space. The hospital has its own ambulances as well, though I am not certain of the numbers.Eureka Hospital offers required medical assistance with great level of competency and satisfaction with human warmth. The charges are competitive and can be paid via different modes, both online and in cash. A pharmacy named as Parul Pharmacy is there within the premises of the hospital which makes it quite convenient to obtain required medical supplies at any hour. We also went after the Unlock in the country and one attendant with OPD patients was permitted to enter the premises only when the turn of the patient was announced. Moreover, only one attendant was permitted to stay with an admitted patient. The hospital was following preventive measures in the wake of pandemic in a stringent and sincere manner and it is highly appreciable. All the doctors, nursing staff and housekeeping staff were wearing protective kits to keep the virus at bay.We were quite satisfied with the doctor and the hospital on the whole during all our visits.Stay Healthy!

As per govt organization for digital payment still this hospital has no facility for digital payment, they are asking cash amount, even street vendor has facility for UPI payment but such a big hospital is asking for cash😂😂.

Never come to this hospital...never take the medicines from their medical store..almost they are charging more than double...go to nearby medicals or dawa market.

Hospitals management and system is very poor. Some charges are unnecessarily imposed in the final bill. The hospital charges premium rates for ordinary facilities. Other better hospitals are easily available in the city at cheaper cost.Room Charges, Dr. Visit charges are disproportionally very high. Staff ask for prize upon discharge which is very irritating.You have to recall many time for very small services.

There is no well facilities as per charge of the hospital... And room facility is tremendous bcz the roof is continuesly leaking... There is no proper facilities at all... Doctor of e.n.t. was not treated well to my 5 year old son and the behavior of doctor is like child. his words- kaan me wax hai kuch dikhai nahi de raha hai.to say that he took rs.500 fee.
