The worst hotel Hotel I have ever visited.... Not at all good for families... bedsheets are stained with blood and stinking bathrooms fans r pathetic.

Horrible place. No wifi on 1st floor. Ground floor rooms are dark and dingy. The walls are damp. The windows are not soundproof so when trains pass by its super noisy. The access road to hotel is unpaved and with pot holes. The watchman is playing multiple roles front desk watchman bell boy.

I would gladly recommend this ....Hotel is very well located considering Indores geography. We had to attend social functions / business meeting in South tukoganj, VIjay Nagar, Rajendra Nagar and all the city, It was very convenient from here. The staff was very courteous. I was blown away when the One gentleman welcomed me with my name as soon as I alighted from the cab! What kind of preparation goes into this? Im sure they receive at least a 15 Rooms guests a day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are likely to repeat

When we did late checkin, hotel room was not clean, bedsheet and pillow cover was dirty, bathroom was smelling...Although the room staffs were very helping and nice...they helped to replace bedsheet and pillow cover and others...I request hotel management to improve room quality.

The staff was so generous, provided us a smooth and trouble free check in or check out. Services were quite fine and accurate so no issues. Easily rechable as the railway station is near by. I liked the behavior of fronbt desk staff, good and well mannered. This hotel is just good for bachelors, because i had not seen any family and couple there. only solos were there.

I had a pretty comfortable stay. Very good ambience and the food served was exceptionally good. Breakfast was extravagant and the shrimp dishes were delicious. Will definitely come back to Hotel Omni Palace the next time im in Indore

So so, not easily accessible, and rates are shown was to high, even though after discount. many time hotels are in such a horrible condition, CLEANING, bed lines etc. no word to say.

I very frequently stay at this hotel and the main reason is its location..... the hotel is very old and that shows in its decor, though it has been upgraded.... the beds are a bit hard... linen was clean but a bit used and old... Floor mats used in front of bathrooms are not that clean... Bathrooms are clean.... They dont give the toiletry kit beforehand...You frequently need to call them to get the soap and towel... Housekeeping is in no match to high end hotels....Reception is nice... Food is sort of ok... Needs to be improved in decor...so that the sense of old and ancient goes away.... And much improvement is needed in housekeeping...

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Rats were roaming in the room. Poor sanitation, kitchen not available n food is being outsourced thus price were on the higher side. In place one sud stay in dharmshala where good amenities are being provided than this hotel. I booked for 3 person but there is only double bed room n they provided mattress on floor for third person. One can imagine how a person can sleep on the floor where so many rats were moving around!! Complained to hotel but no action has been taken..

They first allot me r no 208 where they sprayed pesticides after complaint they changed it with a room with dirt wash room was not good dust was here and there no ameneties provided order for a mineral water and served after 4 hrs. when i told them is it a deluxe room worth rs ****/- in indore i booked room through goibio in navi mumbai and the services was top quality i would like to suggest dont tieup with this hotel it will damged your goibio reputation even i could not sleep whole night bed and anything was not at par quality for which i paid anyway thanks alot
