Dont be victim of high ratings and some impressive photos on various sites.It was a pathetic experience.There was no concern for guests by the host.Extremely untrained staff.The room is another bad story.No remote for AC. When asked they searched in room when not found they said that temperature is already adjusted. The door knob for bathroom was broken. Even the tap did not work. The person in-charge came with screw driver when we wanted to shift from shower to tap. Mat for wiping feet was not provided, when asked they said they will provide but no body bothered.Even only single towel was provided and that too was wet.The cushion covers had yellow tint. When we asked the reception to change the covers they sent the covers and we had to change them ourselves.Even no mug was provided. We called 3 times the reception but nobody came.I had to go personally to get it. The mug that was provided was too bad.The room was used for some birthday celebration previously and the decoration was not removed. Rooms were not deep cleaned.Its a big no for family. Some bachelor boys have started it without proper knowledge of hospitalityThey force you to give high ratings when you are leaving.So be aware about the ratings on various sites.

Bathrooms on the 3rd floor were not clean.There is no road in-front and no proper parking facility.Although the owners were pretty good, on our request they arranged the rooms in their another hotel 50m away which was good.

As such very low priced hotel and for the price it should be fine for very budget concern people to stay over night, travel during day and be back at hotel for sleepIf price would have been high, than definitely 2 star or less.. but for around 1000 bucks.. kind of cheap.. price and facility wise.Staff is not arrogant as such but never asked for room service even once in 3 days we had been there. We had a bulk booking due to marriage function in the area. No intercom facility as well to talk to staff.

Overall its nice experience at all but one thing is I wont be able to sleep well just because of spring of the bed that just hit my back soo hard I still have backpain ...Overall its great experience but the bed disappoint me so much ...

Absolutely pathetic hotel and service! In fact no service at all! They dont even have a cold drink! Their room service no. 666 never got answered and when I called on the room service boy on the mobile no. Given to me he simply told me sorry, I cant get you that! No mineral water available and the water served in glass jars is told as RO water!You cant even get a tea before 8:30 am. TV also not working.Its a terrible experience!

It is accessible through the bombay chemist service road near Bombay Hospital, Indore. The property is newly constructed therefore the washroom fittings are loose and sometimes fall down. This needs to be improved. The ac and tv are functional. The breakfast is good. The service is also good. Overall a good stay😃

Comfortable beddings, well lighted AC rooms, worst services, no connection with reception (one has to run down from 3rd floor to reception to get towel and other things every morning), no mugs in washroom, commode flush was not working and inspite of repeated complaints but the situation was not improved one bit during whole stay, no coordination among the incapable staff members, no improvements seen after repeated complaints during whole stay, tv was available but with no channel services throughout stay (reason was told heavy rains), complementary breakfast includes ice cold poha and tea, I can go on and on... but would strongly recommend to avoid this 3rd rate hotel. POOR SHOW...

Nice hotel, atmosphere is great for couples and families

Situated near bombay hospital..but not easily traceable.sink with platform in the room looks very unpleasant.consutaction is going near the hotel so thr is lot of dust.no road in front off hotel.room is ok.clealiness in the bathroom is really matter of concern.water supply is also not proper.in breakfast they give only 1 paratha.near to all bussiness placees so no problem.

They refused to give complimentary breakfast , though it was available when we booked the hotel. even we asked for only plates still they refused to give .

The place is good for stay, its neat and located at decent location. I asked for utensis but they were charging extra for them, so I refused.
