Me and my 3 culig stay in hotel on date 16 to 20 sep .all is good but stop and owner behaviour is very bad because my mobile glass creak by hotel stop.I will complain owner mr Sardar ji but he say you charge stop .no responsebilty me.All please say me who is responsible in this case.

Location is Nice , Staff was ok, rooms were not clean and very very slow service

I visited Indore and booked Hotel Galaxy by mistake... the rooms were very small and the bed sheets were dirty. When we reached the room, the staff was running to supply basic utilities like hand wash, towel etc. No Kettle were in the rooms... The breakfast was good, only single positive point. Pls read my review before booking.

Our stay at Hotel Galaxy was for three nights(two Non AC Room) during March beginning.Quality of Room- It was OK,however hotel is little bit old one and so have bed bugs also.Room Service- On call room service was OK.We have not taken food there as the hotel was not having any restaurant of its own.Desk Service- Regarding hiring of cabs for long journey,some mislead information was given at the same time while train got cancelled from Indore to Bhopal,they helped me by providing information through internet.Wify Connectivity-It was OK.Over all service- Towards Very good zone but the hotel need to improve its linen and bed upholestry and to have more comfort of staying especially to get rid of bed bugs..

I Booked the room for 2 Days 4 pax with my Family. But my Plan to go to Indore Cancelled. Initially While Booking it Showed that it has 100 percent Cancellation Policy. But As Soon as Money Got Debited from my Account.And Then I Called For Cancellation to the Hotel. ALAS. It Seemed to me to be Cheated by way of Cyber Crime. The Morning Receptionist Miss Pooja Sitting over there Totally Denied for Cancellation. She Talked in the most Awkward manner in the Telephonic Conversation. Even then after that the Hotel Phone number Showed Engaged all the Time. What Can One Do When He is 600 km Away From the Hotel and The Hotel(Owner and Receptionist) plans to Cheat the Customer Saying that there is no Cancellation Policy. The Hotel Owner: My God When I Call Twice on His Number He Cut the Phone from his side without Answering. I Was Afraid. Then I Contacted my booking Agency GOIBIBO Who yet Helped me by Giving Confirmation that I Can Postpone the Date. GOIBIBO Said That the Hotel Galaxy is Just not Giving Any Reply to them. I booked on 17 December for Check in on 19 December. For All the Middle Two days i was stressed due to non reply from the Hotel to GOIBIBO.

Good hotel at main market, Safe for family and friends, Owner is also very polite as well as staff. will recommend.

The hotel is good in a very nice location, approachable to all kind of places like restaurants, bars and talkies . Service was nice and people were g ood. Most importantly their wifi works :)Have a pleasant stay.

I stayed here 2 days.great experience here.The hotel is Clean,the reception staff is very cool and descent.great service,the service boys are also good.a free high speed wifi connectivity,Lift is provided.and the hotel is at great location,just nearer to railway station,the pictures shown here are same as per i visited the hotel.i will suggest this than other one.

Rooms were good clean but they didnot change the towel and linen in my 3 days of stay . bathroom needs lot of improvements. Receptionist was bit rude and unprofessional but that doest matter much as rest of the staff were good.
