Very good place to stay. Very good clean rooms along with kitchen and Very nice washrooms. Apart from that which I would like to mention and Very important is security while you staying and this place you need not to be worried. Great location and both hosts Saurabh and Saujanya are always very courteous for every thing. I have tried many home stays in Indore but this one is the best to stay.

The stay in a nutshell was super-comfortable and homely with value for money. I stayed with my family for about a month there, due to its proximity to Bombay Hospital.Saurabh and Saujanya were great hosts, and the fully air conditioned rooms were equipped with fridge, kettle, induction, smart TV, kitchenette. There is a common kitchen on the roof with stove, microwave and laundry facilities are available with washing machine available free of cost.I would daresay that the quality of furnishings and comfort level is impossible to match in Indore (or pretty much anywhere else in India) and that too at extremely reasonable tariffs. Having stayed in the US for 2 years and in AirBnBs across Europe, Australia as well, I found Shrivardhan Homestay lives up to the standards and professionalism expected from a great homestay, and exceeded my initial expectations of the place.Highly recommended for family, couples, friends and solo travellers alike!

We stayed there for 8 nights and 9 days (19/12/2020 to 27/12/2020). We booked the penthouse room no 301. The room was excelllent and service offered by Saurabh and Saujanya is great. Thanks Saurabh and Saujanya for our excellent stay. There are lot of service available like Washing machine for cloths cleaning and gas and utelsils if you want to prepeare food or want to have tea and coffee. It is in the heart of Vijay nagar from where all famous eat joint are in walkable distance. There is iron, echo dot (alexa), hair dryer and 55 inch tv on room. We enjoyed our stay there. Thanks again and we already decided that whever we will visit Indore we will stay in the same place and the balcony in room no 301 is the biggest balcony of all available rooms.

This is a perfect homestay. Saujanya is a very good host, very humble, very helpful. The home is clean and tidy with all available amenities (smart TV, hot water, fridge, hot plate, etc). Saujanya was really courteous to provide the morning tea or coffee. He also provided some direction to out itinerary and suggested good food junctions to have local delicacies.Good place especially if you have you own vehicle and have plans to proceed to Bhopal or other destinations in MP as this place is already outside the city hustle.

Extremely tidy and lovely accommodation equipped with everything you need, a good bed and nice bathroom. One of the best outdoor stay I have experienced. Located in elite locality of Indore. Basic requirements like Restaurants, eateries and general shops in close vicinity. The breakfast was nothing but a treat for the test buds. Accommodation and facilities were wonderful. Both Saujanya and Saurabh definitely deserve the title Super Host, no doubt about it. Very cooperative flexible and helping in all respect. Their names are complementary to each other Saurabh and Saujanya (Fragrance of Courtesy).
