Decent, clean hotel with helping staff. Booked it for a week for my family to get away from the crowded area during peak covid situation in Indore and when an already booked Sunvilla (Rani Bagh area Indore) hosts/managers failed to communicate in time.Family stay was very enjoyable and entire family felt relaxed. Hotel staff helped old grandma get in and out of the car as well. Good food was available on request too. Had to cancel remaining two days of Oyo reservation to move into a bigger bungalow type property.Oyo customer service helped refund the unused number of days as well considering familys confusion about the cancellation deadline. Very considerateOverall, GREAT experience. Definitely RECOMMENDED for anyone looking for a clean, organized hotel in Indore with food service.

3 Star rating for Hotel room hygiene.. But Dont Expect good experience with hotel staff.. Hotel Staff specially 3pm To 7 pm shift receptionist was very rude and not helpful. He was not a good person and always denied for room service.. I stay so many times in this hotel but i will never go for next stay after bad experience..

Rooms are alright.. small but enough for one guy while travelling.. its got its own restaurant beside outside.. sells yummy kolhapuri chicken.. the best!!

The Hotel staff was good and helpful. They changed my room when I complained about AC not working to a double occupancy from single occupancy. Only the location could be the one which someone will not like else rest all fine at such low price. Good internet wifi speed.

This hotel situated in market , 500 mtr far from temple . Every type room aviablle here. Two bed room to Five bedrooms. Main thing it a palace having everything like restaurant, sweets shop. So no worry about food . owner of hotel very nice and helpful person. this palace suitable for every one

It is a typical oyo hotel , having good neat rooms and toilet . It is a budget hotel having restaurant in adjusant building . Staff behaviour is goodCons:-1.The compliment breakfast is provided only from 8.30 am but most of the business customers leave the rooms by 7 am so it is of no use.2.There is no English movies channel in TV, so the one who dont want Hindi feel awkward3. Little congested toilet windows of adjustan rooms are nested . If next room guy smoke you will feel the smell

Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Bathroom is also good. Located on highway and easy approach. But no restaurant of their own and no parking facility. You have to park vehicle on road. Staff is good and helpful. Can be stay one night.

The lane is almost always quiet and there is a 24 hrs pollution from the ring road nearby.There is life facility and catering facility as well. The staff is helpful and well behaved.The distance is a problem as well as it is almost 12 Kms from airport and 5 Kms from the railway station.
