It was a pathetic hotel, with stinky rooms, unclean mattress and bedsheets, already used towels, dirty washrooms and after asking for like 10 times 1 soap was provided.Food was very good

My personal experience was not so good . We were checked in from other hotel but they shifted us here by claiming that this is the other branch. And without our concern they ask us to pay extra money other than booking amount. The rooms were having issues with AC , locks and some with doors also. We struggle to get the final room till 11:30 pm while our checking time was around 10-10:30 pm . They are so irresponsible and careless on the point of customer attending.

I would give 0 Star to the hotel and services and also pathetic service from Goibibo too.Despite of inclusion of complimentary breakfast in my booking details, but these people are not providing the same. Also these people made us wait till 2.00pm for checking and after showing the rooms, we were just disgusted. 1 of the room had water dripping constantly, second room had WC broken, 3rd room in which we are staying has unhygienic bedsheets and bed spreads.And in the morning, when we asked for our complimentry breakfast, these people has an audacity to say that there is no breakfast included and if it is included, you better talk to goibibo , this is not our problem. We are here from OYO and not Goibibo.This hotel staff has pathetic customer satisfaction approach. Each and everything is pathetic here. Never ever stay in this Hotel.

Place was very bad. Service was super disgusting. Staff behaviour was extremely bad. They didnt even surve breakfast which was included. They asked me to cancel oyo booking. And thats why I couldnt rate them on oyo app. Rooms flush was not working. Jet spray was not working. Telephone was not working. Elevator was not working. Its very bad place Ive visited till now. Worst experience. I wish I could rate this hotel negative. 😡

A newly opened hotel was one of the best I have stayed at this price. Never had a better worth hotel before. Was with a group of friends and all of them were astonished with the service we got. Fully furnished with LCD tv and attached bathroom, with hot and cold water facilities. In a very good area with hundreds of shops near it and Radisson Blu nearby, the quality of people is good and the hotel is easily traceable just believe me and go with it.

Hotel was nice and staff too was cordial. Room service was good. Although they dont have their own restaurant but they get it arranged. location is also convenient although is amongst residential area.Overall good experience.

There was a mistake while booking. I booked for 12 PM rather 12 AM and checked in on 12 AM. But they also allotted room. Then they just informed me. And kept patience, behaved well and I reschedule my booking. About the facility I would say it was awesome as per the price, everything was neat and clean, clean drinking water and new washroom products already available. I would recommend the Hotel.

It was a good stay at the hotel. There was just one problem that there wasn’t any electricity in the morning and because of it, couldn’to get hot water which was irritating. Also, the room wasn’t clean. The floor was dusty.
