Food was amazing and hotel staff were good.The amenities were not that great. Hot water was not working properly and they did not even bother to fix it or have me shifted to another room.

It was an overall good experience. good location. accessible to the city. food is good. the food menu is ok but they need to add some variable options for customers. because outside food is not allowed. great service.

Location is good, easily reachable . Bathrooms are very small in size. Food was tasty but not so happening buffet breakfast, should increase the variety .Staff behavior was very calm & well mannered Overall its a good option to stay in Indore .

Food and all arrangements were amazing! Mr. Pawan managed everything well in our Buffet party of around 20 Pax.

Rooms ar good but service is too bad and not taken proper care of cleaning rooms housekeeping services are also slow and theres a smell of alcohol and smoking all in corridor and lobby not going again in that hotel

No Covid rule application, no value for money and above all food delivered in room has dead cockroach in it.And they have audacity to say that we will not charge it and give you complementary breakfast.

Services was best. Even the staff was really understanding and polite. All the amenities was perfect as it was mention.i would like to review about food (breakfast) its was good but i will like to make one opionion that please work on Tea Taste. Because the taste of tea was not upto my expectation. All over the experience was best and i would again recommend this hotel for my next visit.Comfort and Luxuries.

It was clean, hygienic and cosy stay while at Kyraid. Courteous staff and calm rooms are worth the price spent during the stay.

Location of the hotel is in the heart of the city. Hotel Staff are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Shubham Rathod (Reception) for his quick attention to guest on any issue.Rooms were clean but washroom area need more attention for the cleaning staff.Overall nice experience when you are on a business trip.

Everything is worst here. Kyriad claims to be 3 star property but there service is disgusting. Be it the room service, cleanliness Or the toiletries. All rotten and not to be used by any of the guest staying in. Bed linens or comforter cover, pillow covers all torn and full of stains. No power backup nothingNot recommended at all.

The place is good for dining out. Good ambiance and good service. The rates on a little higher side but the food has quality and quantity. Recommend for couple too. Bar is fine and almost all liqour are available. Easy access to airport and to other place.

Fabulous ambience and fabulous food. One of the best food I have tasted in Indore. The non.veg platter is exquisite. Even the staff was very friendly, I wish I had asked the name of the waiter. The highlight guys was the collection of chutnies, specially pineapple chutney and kari patta chutney.Even the presentation of the chutnies was eloquent. Good job n keep it up.

Recently visited this place with familyfor a night stay .. My few observations :1. Entrance, Parking is fine and decent2. Below average cleanliness3. Seems hotel was under staff, they were not be able to manage guest.4. Because it was 26 Jan and top of that marriage season, hotelhad full occupancy, we reached hotel at 9:00 am but did not getearly check-in. Staff was also not even supportive.5. We have coffee at their terrace restro, there cups and utensils were not at all clean. ( i gave attached pictures )6. Room was okay ! But toilet was without tissues and other stuff.7. Their Buffet breakfast was okay ! But outside you can get moregood options.

Nice stay with Citrus Indore. Room was ok with all amenities we need. Bathroom was very neat and clean. Internet speed was also good.Breakfast was having sufficient options. I couldnt find any thing issue during my stay.

Food was good and arranged well. The service could have been better especially in terms of support for the event. The entire support of the event had to be done by our team though their team did help during the pack up. Their hall is spacious. The AV Team should be better equipped and they took a long time to get the AV setup since they didnt have the proper connections.

Hotel was centrally located, room was very clean, but washroom is little small as per room size, but washroom was neat & clean. Staff behaviour was very nice... Breakfast was awesome with so many food option.. my kids enjoyed lot..thanks for wondeful hospitality.

3 star given only for service of House Keeping staff & Chef. Hotel is in prime location with neat & clean room. issue is with bathroom size, toiletries & strict timings of check in & check out. Fixed dinner is served instead buffet and very basic varieties in buffet breakfast. Chef has overcome qty of dinner with quality, appreciate for his services.

The hotel is good and justifies the price. I had a chance to visit the property for an admission process.Hospitality was good, infrastructure is very good, staff was very helpful and kind.Location is the prime factor for this property, its on the main road which makes it highly accessible.

Very nice hotel. I was on a busyness trip for 3 days. Hotel is at Nice location. Furniture is new and modern. Room spacious. Bathrooms spot clean. Restaurant nice with good options of buffet for breakfast. Beutoful Park opposite the hotel. Loved my stay at very reasonable prices. Hats off to Goibibo and Citrus Indore.

Room service and restaurant are good. But washroom is not up to the mark of a 3 star hotel. Water taps were not working properly. There wasnt any bucket and mug for bathing. Other than that I felt completely awesome inside the room.

Very neat and clean.But instead of having food here, go to 56 Bazaar and Sarafa Bazar at night!Indore is not the place to order food as room service. It has its famous street food!Super quick service, like carrying luggage on my behalf.

My wife and I visited Indore for a marriage party and stayed for 2 days in this hotel. I was given room 107. Room is of decent size.It was stinking with cigarette smell. I called up the reservation to ask for a non-smoking room. I was told- This is a non-smoking room. Two days later, I am infected with all the allergies and feeling very sick. I believe, this hotel is good only for people on business and not for families. House keeping not so good. Bathroom was small with dark interiors making it look even smaller. Reception & Room service Staff is good & cooperative. The roof top restaurant told us to have breakfast in the hot open area only as some person (VIP to the hotel) was having his breakfast in the entire a/c dining room. Still 2 stars as the staff is very good.

Its lovely place, food and services are great, roof top is super awesome to be and have tasty food and watching whole city is great experience here.

A good place to stay. Except that the bathroom is so small that one has to brush past the toilet if you want to move to the bathing area. If you dont mind that it is ok. The room service staff need a bit of training. May be the one who came to our room was under training .

Everything is good , room , ambience , location. Near markets. I hadnt opted for bfast so can not comment on food , but the restaurant on ground floor looked very good.

Who gave this hotel 3 star certification, beats me. Unprofessional to the core. There was no electricity at all during the day for two consecutive days. No information or intimation. After electricity was restored, half the room lights and toilet lights were not working. Room was changed after repeated reminder and request. TV was not function ing in the new room! We got fed up and checked out, moved to another hotel. Stay away from this dump

Been here for a week. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is just awesome with lot of options. Lunch buffet is also nice compared to the price. Overall a nice hotel. Will definitely recommend to others.

Pathetic experience at reception. You are not sure when you will be asked to clear the payment even if you are continuing the stay.The bathrooms are very smallRooms have third bed which is occupying lit of place.Staff is not cheerful, untrained, unprofessional especially the reception staff and manager. They even not able to do simple calculation.Overall experience not good not recommended . Indore has many great choices in the same cost.

Good ambience, location is good. Good cafeteria and restaurant. Terrace restaurant is one of the best in Indore. If you check in for room stay: only one advice dont touch mini-bar items its highly overpriced when you check out. Otherwise its ok.

The location of this hotel is good but they do not have parking space because it is on the service road so you need to park the car on road itself. Food was good but reception people are very slow. We stayed for one night our room was good and neat and clean.But the amount we paid is not worth for that because you will get other good hotels in that money.

Good hotel. Good breakfast. No spa , even though mentioned in websites. Limited car parking with attached restaurant & bar. Morning breakfast is yammy...but the bathroom is toooooo small & that to without internal separating curtains.

Very poor. Very substandard rooms. Horrible quality food. Seems like a run down property. Unhygienic dirty. The elevator stinks like a pig sty. I walked up the stairs till fifth floor just to avoid that smell. I think i should rate in negative. Breakfast is so bad.

For the given cost and for a 4star hotel, it is not at all worth. its doesnt even look like 2 start hotel.1. toilet in the room is so small that when u take shower , water sprinkles everywhere, they have not even provided curtains for shower area.2. lift of the hotel is looks like 90s. 3. 18%GST is applied on food when ordered in room.4. 5% extra service charge applied for delivering the food in room, which they removed after complaining about that.5. only good thing about hotel is good staff.
