Nice hotel in Gangwal Bus stand area. Affordable, hygienic, clean plus well behave staff.Overall the hotel is good and value for money.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Basic toiletries are not provided, the room had a bad smell (had to ask for room refresher), charged extra for drink than what was mentioned in the menu, the AC was not working properly and making a lot of noise and even after mentioning about early check had to wait for more than half-an-hour as the swip machine was not working, could have missed my flight.

Hotel and location good, rooms are clean and spacious.All amenities like geyser, tea coffee maker are in place.The hotel has their own restaurant and bar also. Various economic Bhojanalayas are also there.Nice place to stay for business travelers

Very helpful staff, a good place to stay for a one or two night stay within the budget. The room was relatively clean and was average and on par with other treebo hotels.

Decent hotel for the price point that it offers. The rooms are decently spacious and the staff is friendly. The ac in the room given to us wasnt working properly so upon complaint, they instantly changed our room and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The people at the reception are great as well and can come in handy for any information you need about the city or catch a rickshaw without bargaining with the rickshaw guy. These guys will fix things up for you! Over all, we had a decent stay at this place and it didnt pinch our pockets.

Staff is good. Room size is small. Price wise its okay. However the rooms are somewhat shabby. The paint is all fading and one can see chips coming off the ceiling and walls. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone, there are other better options in Indore.

Stay was comfortable. Staff was cordial. Only issue breakfast not available before 8 am when someone have to check out before 8 am.

The hotel is below average. Only one receipe will be there for breakfast. No multiple options. Blanket provided was very thin and it doesnt provide enough warmth. When asked for extra blanket, they didnt have it. Geyser is not working properly. No tissue papers kept anywhere. There is no light outside the door. Its dark. Dont know why hotel wants to save money to such an extent. Overall poor facilities.

Well maintained clean rooms with good service and decent food. Easy connectivity. Truely live up to Treebo perception.

Did not get hot water for bathing. Wi-Fi was great. Did not try the restaurant. The location is really convenient for city centre as well as airport.

AC n TV were nt working properly. They repaired next day aftr complaining. We were 3families with 3rooms booked fr 3days,but our stay ws not very comfortable. Rooms sizes were small which ultimately gets dirty n clumsy wen kids play around. They have nice set of furniture in da room bt its like too big for such a tiny room.

I really enjoyed my visit at this place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Mohan was the guy who completed our check in. Very professional and curtious. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good standard overall. He also organised a taxi for us during our staff in Indore and Ujjain. Also gave us some tips where to go.Staff always had smile and asked if everything was ok everytime we walked passed the reception. Highly recommended.

This hotel has wasted so much if our time and caused so much frustration to us while we travelled. We had booked the hotel from treebo site and the checkin experience was worst. They charged us 1000/- extra.
