The hotel is so lousy and cheap, the staff does not have the capacity to talk to the receptionist, considering themselves as a boss, it is a very cheap hotel. Brother, do not waste your money by going here and brother by chance, you have called the food from outside, then this delivery to the boy Do not let the lift come up, even if you are on the fourth floor, believe me, my brother does not go very, very poor service.

Worst stay ever staff was arguing with me for no reasons. They wont allow you to take any food from outside to the hotel room this is not good.

I checked in that hotel after reading so many reviewsHotel is easy to locate. Room and bed is small. Cleaning is good. Interior of the room is good. Staff is supportive and nice. I done that booking from Oyo when I call to confirm with hotel the hotel person tell me I have to paid extra beyond the Oyo charges and when I reached that no extra charges taken by him. If you are booking try to not book with breakfast there breakfast is below the average.

Very nice hotel for staying with a beautiful ambience. Room service was also good. Neat and clean rooms and beds were also clean. Its situated on a nearby location to the city so its easy to go anywhere from here. Proper parking was available here. Best in class service. Worth the price.

This was my sixth visit at JMC S Grande (A unit of JMC Hotels), Bhawar Kuva Main A.B Road Indore, The staff are very professional, friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, food is great and hospitality exceptional.I travel to Indore every year in December and its no surprise I book my stay at this hotel. The airport pick up and drop service is really useful and takes the stress out of my holiday. I booked this hotel for my friend Mo. Hujefa for his MoullS Coming to Indore. . From 9th to 21st September.. All Rooms its a awesome hotel with lovely ambiance. . Atrium Lobby and as room are cozy n presidential rooms in under constructions.. Nice Restaurant. Mouth watering food excellent service provide by JMC Hotels Team .. Now its tie-up with JMC Hotels Chain. . Everything is perfect .. Best budgeted hotel for business travelers and Marrige group . .

Breakfast was average. Room was ok, no issues with the cleanliness, clean bathroom, room service was prompt. Food in the hotels own restaurant is lesser than value for money. Area is surrounded from coaching centers. Street food lovers may feel disappointed as not much options available in that area. Good malls are around 4-8 kms from the hotel. Auto, cabs, city buses are easily available at the location.

JMC S Grande A JMC hotels Chain have its own standard and same was experienced at Indore this week. Spacious rooms, warm staff, Well Mannered Specially Mr. Mahendra Desai & Team Very Helpful decent food, located Near all Corporates , makes this hotel a great place to stay when on work in indore, Pithampur, Omkareshwar, Ujjain, Mandi, Maheahwar. Its reasonably priced too compared to the comfort it provides.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Indore.. rooms are too small to be comfortable.. not clean at all.. the portions of meals are too less.. you call reception for some help and they ll take ages to reslove.. not for families at all.. big let down..

We have booked the banquet for conference but it was not told to us that they dont have proper banquet.. they converted their restaurant into banquet.. otherwise the hotel is good , no complaints in staff service

Hotel rooms are quite good but hospitality like food and house keeping services are too late and bad. No of amenities written but not a single working .No land-line land-line in some of the rooms , No Cable connection for TV .

Pathatic staff service, the room service guy talks like they are doing a favour for serving customers. Moreover, no use of these big rooms when you cant even provide clean washed linen, even after complaining many times they agreed to change bed sheet only, I had to sleep in soiled pillow cover with stains on and hairs on it.

Denied check-in because Couple were from different religion.
