Good Hotel to stay, centrally located nearer to Bus Stand, Railway Station, market is near good staff.room is neat and clean, linens are clean kitchen service is little compromised due to past lockdown

स्टाफ बहुत अच्छा है होटल का लोकेशन भी अच्छा है परंतु होटल के रूम जो फोटो में दिखाए थे वैसे नहीं है ओढ़ने का चादर भी गंदी हो रही थी और साफ-सफाई रूम में नहीं थी बाथरूम काफी बड़ा है परंतु गर्म पानी कम आ रहा था

It is a nice average hotel. Though i can see some bugs here and there. Room service is good. food was okayish.

Neat and clean room & washroom. Staff at reception is polite & professional, provided a smooth check in & check out procedure. Overall, fantastic stay. Best thing about this hotel is its location. Jain cafe is right next to hotel good for coffee and snacks. 500 m (Approx) from Indore Railway Station, Nehru Nagar. Treasure Island Mall (PVR Cinemas) is also 500 m (Approx) from the hotel.

Value for the money. Good service spacious room.

We did not avail any food at the hotel (except for morning tea), which was served promptly on request. The Hotel is located near to Indore Railway Station and walking distance from Yeshwanth Club. It is maintained well, clean and the services are of high quality. The staff are helpful and prompt. Overall a very pleasant stay and experience.

Fooding is highly expensive

Good hotel

The location is very prime. Very near to Indore Railway station. Service is ok. The beds are very hard. Hot water available in the bathroom. Well equipped with TV with all channels. Check out time is at 10 am and can be extend maximum to 12 pm.

Good option in thos lockdown time. Spacious room with low crowd. Safe for visitors.

Hotel Purva is a nice place to stay near Indore Junction Railway station. This is not the best but also not below the average. The staff here is good. I didnt tried the food. The rooms are clean and hygiene is also maintained. Toilets and washrooms are also worth Clean. The useful point is very near to Central mall Indore and Indore Junction Railway station.

Good location near railway station the room was somewhat small but service and cleanliness was good. Staff at reception cooperative overall nice experience.

Good facilities & service

Experience was again not so good, exhaust fan is not working and informed the staff about the same, but didnt work. From pictures this may not be clear so I have made video for the same which I can forward you through mail or something. Their are lot of stuffs other than this for dislike like they have provided blanket which is so thin and unsuitable for such cold climate, overall dampness in room(picture attached), non working exhaust fan( picture attached), landline was broken, damp patches and what so not. Same I tried to mention in their feedback register, but confidently they dont have it.

Its in a very good location and everything is pretty easily accessible in the city from there. Amazing for the cost you pay for it. Worth your money!!!

Before booking, I just contacted the hotel directly over phone to check the availability of rooms and some other basic query. The person whose number is given in hotels website, directly told me to check and call MMT or GoIbibo. He is less bothered to check the room availability or answer any of my query. So much rude behaviour I did not expect from any person n who is in service industry. He must be not below the rank of manager. If he behaves like this, I dont know how the other staffs will behave. I sent a mail earlier with same basic queries, but they did not reply to my mail.Bdw, I was going to book 2 VIP (Executive) Rooms for 4 days. But later I decided to avoid this hotel permanently.

Any hotel be it expensive or budget should provide basis amenities. But what we got is1) Dirty Washroom. have to ask hotel to clean it again2) Dirty Quilt. was not washed since ages3) Dirty Bedsheet with bird drop.They dont provide complementary water bottle. This is the first hotel I have seen with such policy.Only TV was working fine but even switch was broken.I went through few critical reviews which are same as mine and manager has given some standard response but looks like still no action on the issues raised.

Rooms are old and the maintenance is not up to the mark. You could see stained curtains, leakages in bathroom ceiling and the bedsheets and pillow covers are damn old.The plus side is...if you are planning a one night halt and are willing to ignore the ambience, then this place has to offer1. Easy access to the market area, malls2. It is almost in the heart of the city so a lot of restaurants and eateries around3. The hotel provides good food options too at a very reasonable cost.

The hotel is pretty bad. There are flies and cockroaches in the room, the toilets are leaking from the ceiling, Service is pretty bad. Hot water supply is erratic. Stay away, and specifically i would like to mention this I had booked the hotel through goibibo, and there resolution desk is worst. It took them 2 hours to arrange a call back to resolve issues I had with the hotel. This was only my seconf booking through them, I usually book through MMT and they are amazing. I have excellentexperience with them.Made a mistake opting for goibibo. Please stay away. Please skip this hotel until you dont have any other hotel with better rating in your list.

Good and safe place for solo travellers and family. Located near to Sarwate bus stand and Railway station, you will face no problem to travel around. Close to Chappan dukan as well. Neat rooms at reasonable rates. Room Service is good as well.

Wanted a budget option for a night in Indore.Took the non ac room for under 1k. Decent price, although the room wasnt great. Bed sheet was dirty, Mirrors were dusty. Room is tiny. We didnt touch the complimentary drinking water. On the plus side, hotel is centrally located. Railway station and bus stand is just half a kilometer away. Staff were friendly and room service was prompt. Although they dont have a restaurant. Id say pay 300-400 hundred more and stay at a better place if youre finicky about hygiene.

Hotel rooms donot deserve room charge that they take. Thats why I didnt recommend this hotel. Hotel is not bad, it is ok but charges are very high.

Nice stay in the centre of city, neat and clean hotel, good cooperative people, I ordered food but they told only dal fry and roti and rice available other things not available because of their chef is on leave, they must have to do alternate arrangement.

Rooms were not well maintained....actually d room in which i stayed was non ac...may b dats y it was not mainained proper....though staff was supportive...its cheaper to book on go ibibo than bookin directly...dis is basically for bisness purpose....if u r going with family than dis hotel vl not fullfill ur purpose...malls are on walking distance...over all it was ok hotel

Very small rooms after giving more money i am not satisfied. Lack of cleanliness. I have paid for double bed room. They have provided me two single bed.

Bad experience, no facilities, not even 1 mineral water bottle waa given complimentary. Lots of mosquitoes were there. Dirty wash room. Infact the room was dirty. Only good thing was staff was friendly.
