Very Poor Customer Service...Here One of Yours Employee Kapil Dhodapkar Behaviour Was So Frustating ...He Take Around 5-6 months To Sanctioned a File, And Telling LieTo the Customer Towards his False Exemptions...I Request HDFC Indore Department To learn and Teach him Some Adequate Manner To treat with Customers and taught him to Very Honest in every Attemp of Customers...-He is Hazardeous to the HDFC Bank Customers...I Hope U will Take Some Quick Action..- Thankyou

Pathetic services it takes 1 month to open an account and there branch manager do not pick calls you have to do daily visits there senior manager and customer service no one will help in services..

Pathetic customer service. Untrained staff. An executive at the branch-Roopam Kumari called me about collection of my card from the branch post normal bank timings. On reaching the bank within 10 minutes, she said she was not aware and we are closed for the day. We drove 5-6 kms to reach there upon her confirmation and even her seniors didnt allow her to hand over the card.👎👎👎👎

Pathetic service and not well informed staff. Do not fall for the sweet things they say when they want you to open the account, no one will help you when you need. Not sure if its HDFC bank everywhere or just this branch but highly disappointed.I was contacted by HDFC but the email id provided bounces back.
