Excellent customer service . Staff extends support when required . Nice set-up of staff sitting arrangements. One stop service available to all we customers . One problem I observed that when doors of toilets kept opened by staff a very *BAD SMELL* spreads in the main banking hall . this is very irritating problem .

A very good large scale old government Bank. Its staff is very cooperative, social and smart. Car, home & education and other similar loans are provided to the general customers. This is one of the best digitally Smart branch of State Bank of India in Bhopal city. All the customers are cordially dealt with.
