MANAGER IS GOOD BUT STAFF IS TOTALLY UN UN UN PROFESSIONAL N NOT KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING LOWER STAFF

SERVICE IS NOT AS GOOS AS I THINKBUT FACILITIES ARE GREAT

Zero Rating.....I am a salaried customer of the HDFC Bank, Manik Bagh, Indore from last 6 years.Everytime I visited the office, I was misguided that I have a pre approved loan of 6 lakhs rupee. Still I kept on calling them, or also visited the office many times near about for a month, But I got the same fack assurance. I kept on saying them to check my documents and then give final answer and also told them to kindly explain me in detail how it will work as I am unable to understand the process.I was in touch with at-least 4 employees of the Bank, on calls, even on whats app. even though I called them just before purchasing the car then too they kept mum and just disclosed what will be the tenure and the EMI nothing else.As soon as I purchased the car, and asked them for loan they denied and said that I am not applicable for the loan.I am stuck now, I have given my sayings as a down payment of the car, and now these people are refusing to give loan.I dont know what they have gained in scattering ones dream which they only showed me.Highly disappointed!

Worst Branch of HDFC..This branch only for school fees deposit..Not know customer support and services..

Very unprofessional, slow, and are never completely staffed.

Bahut ghatiya service hai 2011 se mera account is branch me hai other bank me coustmer ko aachaa responce dete hai but yaha muje current account kholna tha 8din se pareshan ho raha hu bola ki aapko swipe machine free karwa dege but ab mana kar rahe hai aap logvagar es bank me koi bhi deal karo to writting me lo but warna aapka samay kharab hoga very bad experience
