I have purchased a refrigerator in Tirupati electronics few weeks ago.When I went there to enquiry about refrigerator like what kind of refrigerator should I buy and its cost. The staff there explained my every question patiently and Ill was impressed with there behaviour towards customers and the cost of the refrigerators is also affordable so i purchased one.

Two days after payment they told product(refrigerator)is not available you can choose another one.... what nonsense is this. we dont have works. we have to compromise with them... we cant select what we wish.. we have to choose their wish....... i will give 0.5 star but its not allowing. bad experience with tirupathi electronic. if you dont have stack why do you display the product. they dont full fill their promises.

Im giving it even 1star because I dont have an option of giving zero stars. Worst place. I advise everyone not to go. I bought a fridge for 56000 rupees and I was promised delivery the next day by 4 pm without doubt. Now its been 2 days. I have called them many times. Everytime they were telling well get the delivery by night. Now they are saying that we do not have stock and it will still take 3 to 4 days more. I then asked them for a refund, to which they are saying that the manager hasnt come today and the manager is required for cancellation so we cannot do that today. Im totally disappointed at the lack of professionalism shown by this Tirupati Electronics. No wonder I havent seen any customers at all at their store.

Very very late delivery. I called his land line no but they didnt pick so I visited many time to his show room. They said that I will deliver tomorrow but they didnt. Very poor service. I waiting for last 10 days yet we have not received. I was ordered for two items. No one delivered yet.

The staff and management are not at all cordial in talking to customers. And they do share the right information about the product or their firm. Theirs some fishy in the business dealings.

Do yourself a favour and do not make any purchase at Tirupati Electronics, Panjagutta. Once the purchase is made, the staff show their real face and turn absolutely arrogant and you will regret every bit dealing with them if something goes wrong. It is sad to see how vendors show courtesy to their patrons in India.To be fair, there was nothing wrong with the product (Samsung Refrigerator) in terms of quality or performance but we wish the staff knew how to deal with their customers with some respect.

Very worst experience i bought a lg washing machine last Friday and was been told to be delivered by Sunday. But no response yet and even they dont answer there phones the number what they mention on Google is someone else really very bad experience. I will never visit them again.
