One of the staff members named Veeresh has used my cash back amount for his personal usage and returned it after 4 months also made us to walk-in to the branch number of times. Which is illegal 😡

Bought Bosch fully automated washing machine from this store. Everything is good it it had some problem. When we complained about the issue they said its not our responsibility. Later asked to reach Bosch technicians after lodging complaint. They are totally unresponsive when we try to reach them. Waste of money buying from this store.

Worst experience with This Reliance branch who never respond or keep up their words which they tell while we go for buying the product.. I bought 2 AC’s almost 1 year back and they never responded for servicing since then nor done servicing and I recently bought Whirlpool Fridge which they told thr won’t b ice formation but they failed again and deep fridge is filled with ice and the light is not turning on for which I called Whirlpool people and the reliance people who told the wil solve the problem within 48hrs which they failed to keep up there words again.. Nothing was informed to me regarding the old TV un-installation and I cant come two times for un-installation and installation seperately, now its a big wonder to me there is no internal coordination inbetween.I am mediating inbetween them same thing I have informed Reliance Digital show room, he says I will resolve it, I have cald showroom customer service two times they said same till now nothing happened.I am a loyal customer where I have purchased earlier TV in reliance digital it was 55inch 4k Reconnect, proper care is not taken by Reliance Digital completely dissatisfaction
