Pathetic customer service .... Extremely slow billing and especially hate that there is no Express billing counter for 10 items or 5 items .Be willing to wait for 30min just for billing

Im rating 1 purely based on the waiting at billing counter experience. Today I visited at 8pm and for 20 people waiting at the counter, theyre put only 2 counters.They cab add 2-3 more counters easily but they didnt.Worst experience to wait for around 15-20 mins.Staff like these only make the brand value go down.

They have discount in almost everything... From toothpaste to cashews... 5₹- 200₹ discount. Go there, good place.. But one bad thing.... No mask no entry.... They should give free masks.. To the customer eho dont have masks.

Reliance smart, Nacharam branch is a better stocked daily needs store consisting of groceries, cleaning products, miscellaneous merchandise, dairy, fruits and vegetables. The advantage is competitive prices and availability under one roof. Self service allows selection at ones own pace and satisfaction. Biggest disadvantage is poor quality of local vegetables and fruits, especially on weekdays.

While shopping at any Super Market, may be at Reliance Smart or Big Bazar, one should keenly observe the bill, whether they are actually giving discounted prices as displayed. I caught them once for over billing few items, which are offered at discount. After pointing out the same, they removed those discount rates from the shelves before me, by simply telling, rates are not updated in their systems. You must preserve your bill and look into prices of other items billed correctly. I am sure, 90% of purchasers never see the contents of the bills. Sometimes, same item may be billed twice due to swiping item code twice by mistake or Intentionally. If you respect your hard earned earnings, please preserve the bill and check major costly items , items offered at discount, then and there, before leaving the stores. One should not trust any stores as the rule is buyer beware. Good look.

Its good to have all daily use items under one roof. Offers are also good. But quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables are much better in MORE supermarket. Always check the expiry date of products because sometimes they keep selling old products which are going to expire within a month.

Well maintained and decent ambience store with good produce of groceries, utensils, vegetables and dairy products. Staff behaviour is also courtesious and welcoming, there is no restroom facility. Entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is decent 2 & 4 wheeler parking. Place accepts cash, card and wallet payments and there is NFC payment option available.

This is one of the stores of many Reliance smart stores. Located in Nacharam where there are not many stores available currently. Theyve offers on few items. Its huge store available with many different products like Bathing, Foods, Vegetables, Beauty products, Groceries, etc., They also have free delivery provided for rice bags (Not sure on terms and conditions now).

Good place to purchase the grocery and vegetable. Reliance fresh and Reliance digital is available here and having good accessibility as located on main road. I am rating low as here proper parking facility is not available and you have to park your car or bike outside the store on its own. When you will enter inside you will also feel that is is bit congested, while makes your shopping time consuming.

Stock is not available. Very congested area. Price were high when compared to prices at local vendors. Plastic ware offers are reasonable. For groceries I will prefer DMart or Spar (Mallapur / nacharam). For green leafy vegetables its to to shop in early hours.

Just now i purchaged grocessary at Reliance mart . They have billed for 47 orders.. but I got only 45 orders.. for 2 of the products..they have billed twice

Good place to buy electronics and general items under the same roof. Disappointed that even Reliances Connect equipment is Chinese. So is the case with Eureka Forbes. They are all made in China. Settlef for Panasonic vacuum cleaner of Malaysia origin.

Ground floor is for groceries and level 1 has electronic goods. Level 1 is spacious and convenient. Groceries floor, we feel a lil bit contested during festive seasons cos of less space. Has very less billing counters and takes a lot of time for billing.

This shopping Mart is maintained well and most of the grocery items are available.However the whole Mart feels like space exhaustive.The staff is generally helpful and presence of Reliance digital just above the Mart makes easy access to electronics shopping at the same place.
