Oh god! I can write so many things but all bad. What a horrible place. The sales guy was telling us not to buy Samsung and only to go for LG. He pushed us so hard that he ended up saying all nasty things about the company samsung. On top of that he didnt even have any refrigerator that we liked. Horrible is also an understatement.

Only problem is that for installation services for large electronics, I think they use their own technicians instead of technicians from the large appliance company and they sometimes take their own sweet time to come and sometimes show attitude and are rude.

Poor service and very unresponsive to customer queries and complaints.I purchased a Samsung LED and there was a zero cost EMI on ICICI card. Charge slip mentioned the merchant cashback to compensate the interest. The cashback was supposed to be credited within 90 days, however even after more than 4 months cashback is not credited. Bajaj electronics is of no help as they are not responding to emails and on phone calls always say to get back which never happens.Feeling like cheated by Bajaj electronics and will now never purchase or recommend bajaj electronics

All in one store actually we went to buy an laptop we thought to compare in 2 to 4 stores but the deals were so good that we brought it from here itself

The discounts are not that great. The printed price will be same as that on amazon/flipkart. Additional discounts will be hardly 1k or 2k. I had to cancel the purchase next day because of a personal emergency. The cancellation process was not smooth at all. First they tried denying the transaction on account of GST and EMI. Since I work with the card processing industry, I was able to deflect their baseless reasons for denial and get them to approve cancellation. Once the store manager approved cancellation, I was made to wait for hours before they would even begin processing the cancellation.As a customer, I would expect purchase/refund to be smooth and painless. I will not recommended this place. Croma stores are much better. At least the prices are transparent.

Worst experience, one of their sales executive lied to us saying that theres an exchange, they would come and pickup our old product and give the amount as refund but after buying the product and paying full amount no one came and he is telling us to sell it on olx. I would have purchased it on Amazon with exchange. I didnt expect Bajaj electronics would do it encourage something like this, lost complete respect. Please dont pay amount to them till you receive your refund for exchange.

They dont deliver as promised. While selling the product they will say something but once it is sold and you contact them for enquiries then you will know that product is not available in stock.

Recently we have purchased a washing machine but the installation and demo was not provided in a good way and we are still following up but of no use.Even last year we have purchased fridge for 6 months EMI and they said 10%cashback will be credited in 4 th month but we didnt get it.we have followed up a lot of times and finally got it after following up with Mumbai team.

Worst customer service. I ordered a washing machine and paid for it a day ago but l didnt receive it on time as promised by them. When I called them, the customer execute informed that the delivery vehicle broke down. When I called him again, the executive cut the call. Good support staff. I initially bought 2 geysers which did not fit properly at my bathroom due to space constraints. They were ready to replace and even made calls to kondapur branch to get the suitable model as they were out of stock. Nice experience.

Worst services. Bought a fridge recently, they delivered a dented piece first time so raised a request for another piece. After several follow-ups and visits to the store they delivered another damaged (looks like a second hand) piece. I asked them to revert my money back.. they said with in 2 days they will provide me the cheque. Its a week now... and still i didnt get my cheque.They will not bother about the customer at all...

Worst service ever... I have purchased Samsung AC invoice no: xxxx/20/s-874 on 24 May 2020 and today am reporting on 31st May 2020 that the AC installation has not happened yet. Shame on Bajaj Electronics with such large size in terms of reputation and volume. Inspite of atleast 10 calls every day, 2 inexperienced guys have come to install on 30 may and they didnt have the equipment to open the window. They have come again today and argued that window cannot be opened and so had to place the compressor/outdoor unit on terrace only. We have purchased the tools to open the wi Dow and by the time we are back, they were gone without any notice. Wow!!! The entire team is so inefficient. In this hot summer why do you expect people to buy ACs??? Very shameful..!!! Hope to get this installed at the earliest..! Never ever getting any other item from Bajaj electronics , specially MADINAGUDA branch. It is a pain!!!!!Do not recommend or suggest to anyone, unless you are a technician by yourself!!!!!

I had a bitter experience with Bajaj Electronics. A year ago bought a washing machine and 7 days ago bought an AC. Everyday I had to call at least 10 to 15 times to remind about the installation but still it is not yet done. Store guys asks us to dial someone else to do follow up. Irresponsible guys and worst ever customer support. They dont care the customers once the purchase is over. I strongly dont recommend this store
