Hi... I went to get my screen guard for my I pad. When they were placing the screen guard it got broken... I already paid the bill. Since it got broken in their hands( l believe that they handle gently) l wanted them to refund my money. They agreed to take back the screen guard but they took more than a month to refund my money... Its was costing Rs. 2000, but packed quality... I somehow felt that it was not authentic. I ordered a Better screen guard on Amazon, l got it for Rs.499/- with one year validity...😊 Please make sure that you are getting a quality product... It was a bad experience ☹️☹️☹️ dont prefer unless emergency. Online is far better!!!

I bought ear pods for MRP:2500/- (manufacture date: oct2020), but when I visit the apple site its cost is 1900/-. When I called istation kompally ..they said its new price on the site and there was no stock of it. Now, how they fraud is they should intimated us before buying about the new pricing..but they sell there product as they like. Its about 600 price difference. I asked for replacement, but no response.Guys be careful about products and price....compare apple site with there prices.Interesting thing is they fraud you like the new price in online is will take month to deliver, but I tried to check in online today(21st,dec 2020)was delivering with in couple of days(check the screenshot).

Staff over here are not upto the mark while attending the customers which is very bad..People who come here to buy apple products or to enquire about the products are not getting the proper info about the products..This leads to bad reputation and they may loose potential customers...

Not able to find a half star review. My iPhone was hung up in recovery mode went to their place as I bought the phone from the same store. When I went really pathetic they didn’t even bothered to check the phone and in return they were asking me why I was rebooting the phone as if I borrowed the phone and not bought it.It was a simple case of software upgrade which they could not even check from their side suggest to buy Apple products online and not to buy in their storesPathetic people and pathetic service and customer service

This place is located on the service road of NH44 beside Balaji hospital, Kompally. It’s not clearly visible to the main road. Staff are very friendly and I have received good response on the phone when I called them to enquire about a product. Though it’s far off from the city, didn’t regret going there twice for apple products purchase. I would recommend this place.

Securty is really bad and there behaviour is worse no manners at all. And no parking facility for visitors.
