It was a good experience to visiting a themed train 🚆 restaurant. Good ambience and tasty food. Nice and very interesting to watch the robo train food service directly to the table. Perfect place where kids will enjoy. Only thing is very crowded on weekends even reserving the table. Anyway we had a different experience. We ordered starters chicken 65, Loose prawns tastes very good. And finally the restaurant was a good concept 🚆🚆🚆

The train theme is amazing. Food is very very tasty. Perfect service in all aspects. The food also received in time, Didnt have to wait for it. Washrooms need to be maintained well. Had to wait for almost an hour but it was worth it. Must visit this place for both ambience and food ofcourse.

Looks this place is only recognized for its theme. PLATFORM 65 serving food on toy train.... too crowded...Looks customer service 🙄 team busy juggling between customer.... No proper Greetings, the way Menu is given is mind blogging... 😋.... Food is not great.... too much of garlic.... Masala.....What I observed is that their customers fancy the trains.. I would give 3stars only for the ambiance and service. Cost , quality and quantity was reasonable but taste of the food is not upto the expectations. Corn soup was full of corn scratch,. When compared to whole menu started were delicious.

Been to this place for a family dinner and after hearing all the hype about this place. You have long waiting queue, don’t expect a great ambience, it’s platform 65 and themed on railway coach seats. It’s too crowded as everyone is coming to look this restaurant. I felt staff is over burdened and they miss out many things. It give a poor customer service and delayed orders.Food was average and more spicy (spice comes with chilly and not spices).Don’t go if you are expecting a privacy and fine dining experience.Otherwise it’s a good experience seeing tiny railway tracks and trains brining your food.Restaurant needs to focus on food quality and customer service if they want to run long.

We visited this place on 8th Oct, 2021. We ordered veg soup, veg bullets, paneer tikki, chicken tikka, Schezwan veg noodles. Only soup and bullets were tasted average. All other items really tasted worst. Usually I wont waste food, but today we couldnt able to eat our food. We visited here after seeing the rating only. Dont know whether the chef failed to prepare well or these items alone are tasted bad. Only good thing is the toy train bringing your food and your kids will enjoy it. If you are visiting here, then please dont order these items.

One of the best family restaurant in Kukatpally. Best place to chill out with friends. Their idea was good as they serve the food by using train. This restaurant is very crowded even on WøRkInG days and if you need a table better reserve it on dineout app. Coming to food, we ordered Chicken biryani ,Butter naan and malai kofta and three were good but i felt kofta was not cooked properly. Lastly in sweets seethaphal rabda and qubani ka meeta were great.

As one of my friend have shared his experience so I went there. Due to heavy crowd last year we came out. Most important thing is people who are planning here go early so that u will get table fast. I personally feel that starters (especially chicken majestic and spicy tandoori koramenu fish is great)and nans are great but coming to biryani it is lil over spicy coming to drinks one of the worst experience with blue lagoon but fruit punch tasted great and the service is very slow and Waiting time is way too longer than usual so please do reserve the table prior to 2 days.The only reason you must this place is for the whole train experience that’s it .

Saw the reviews on google and decided to have lunch on a weekday as i have heard the waiting time and line would be there if we go on weekends but unexpectedly on weekday also ther was long line we have waited for atleast 30 min. Coming for taste food is so tasty 😋 and prices are reasonable when compared to other top restaurants. Most important thing is the ambience the restuarant name says platform 65 but inside we feel like we are in train. Train will deliver the food to your table. Staff friendliness will make you comfortable.

VFM is zero. Quantity of food especially curries is too less served in semi hollow bowl.. Taste also below avg of all items(no spicy, SINGLE BASE GRAVY AND IF WE WANT paneer curry they will mix paneer pieces in it, if we want Chicken, they mix boiled chkn pieces 🤮) .. if we complain, they say they are already giving best compared to other restos..Ambience is also avg..Splitted curtain sheets near washrooms is a bad idea..every person before and after washing the hands also need to touch them to pass through.. Only to go once just to see the train concept..

Good ambience and kids will enjoy for sure those trains, even adults are enjoying and almost every table takes up videos of food coming on train. Advance booking over weekend is suggested to avoid waiting queue of around an hour. Staff were good and the food we ordered is completely vegetarian and every item was good without any disappointment.

Been there on a Friday evening. Got a parking slot easily. We had a reservation, so proceeded directly to the table. We placed an order and items arrived in a random order :) However, food was very tasty. A train arrived thrice to serve us the starters, main course. All beverages were served by the waiter directly (not arrived by train) The waiter served all the food patiently. We enjoyed the dinner and the restaurant ambience that evening. I recommend this restaurant, and for your experience to be as good as mine, I strongly recommend that you make an advance reservation through their website.

We had six vegetarian dishes. Food taste is average (special festival items are not enjoyable and they are not worth the cost) and ambience with respect to seating and train tracks are good. However, crowd maintenance is very poor. They had to open the main door because of which the air conditioning system was not sufficient and we had eat with sweat.... Expected more... Disappointed.

Recently Visited this restaurant, Firstly I must Really appreciate the Unique Concept of Train serving Food.The place was really Amazing being covid norms followed here, No customers are allowed without being applied a sanitiser, mask and a temperature check. The restaurant was hygienic, Immaculate with an amazing Ambience.The staff here was Polite and Humble And they were wearing masks.Ive deducted a star as taste of the food wasnt much satisfying, looked like right blend of spices werent added to biryani, making it taste dull and other dishes were just available with medium taste and the Quantity was low.Anyway i suggest it once a visit with your Family.

Felt a bit overrated, the taste of the food was just right nothing exceptional. A new ambience and a new experience where tracks for toy trains are laid from the kitchen to your table and food items are brought on to the table. The number of staff and the floating that the place had made no sense, the management shouldve recruited more to give justice that every table and every customer is taken care of. The pricing was okay and the varities that you get here is fine but there should be an improvement in the dessert section. The taste of few items that I tried were fine but should say nothing special about their food it was quite common this place is worth visiting just to experience being server in a new way thats it.

Went here on New years Eve, The only attractive thing is the ambience and first experience of seeing food delivered to you via table top train system. But as you could find in most of the reviews, food is worst. Never order Any platters here. Instead order 4 starters individually, platter had very very less quantity of pieces and it doesnt even get delivered via the train. The staff even doesnt inform the very less quantity you get in platters. The only item I liked was Mint Kebab. And order anything by mentioning spicy, otherwise you will definitely recieve bland food.

We tried paneer 65, chicken kebab in starters and mla potlam biryani and gongura chicken biryani are the best in main course.. in the desserts we tried the sitaphal rabdi...

Its actually a good place, but, the waiting time and the way the staff manages reservations is pathetic.Train is the attraction. Food is also good.Staff and the management can do a better job interms of reservation management.Dining experience is also not that great. Very noisy. You will keep hearing loud noises of staff dropping plates, cutlery, shouting at eachother.

The theme is entire about it, even the chairs and decor. The food is brought to you on wheels. Kids sure love this experience.Food - I have ordered chepa vepudu, which I really liked and Mandakini chicken which was spicy. Though ulavacharu biryanis were tempting, I went with Fish pulav and I dont regret it. If somebody is from Rajahmundry, this is exactly like the one Godavari Heights. For dessert, I had seetaphal rabdi. Yes it was good but I could clearly differentiate between seetaphal pulp n rabdi. Prices are little on the higher side but the pro membership compensated for that. If u wanna go as a family I recommend but make sure of the distancing.

Plateform 65 is located at KPHB colony in PNR building near to the metro station is a train themed restaurant. The seating is similar to the railways with wodden tables and the food is served in a mini toy train. We started with moctails blue lagoon and virgin Mojito which were refreshing. When it comes to food we had Mongolian Chicken was delicious crispy stir fried in a sweet and savory sauce, salty but sour in taste. Mushroom Biryani made with rice, mushroom masala, herbs and spices which was spicy and tasy. Ulavacharu Chicken Pulao made with basmati rice, tender chicken, shallots and Indian spices which was flavourful. Allam Paneer Vepudu was little sweet flavoured with Ginger in a creamy gravy. In desserts we had Gulab Jamun were soft and delicious and Seetaphal Rabadi rich and creamy rabadi with custard apple chunks which was very sweet !

Ya its very crowded Im waiting in queue for 1 hour....very Good taste Im loved it...

The taste is not good at all. It was too salty. They even got the order wrong.I dont understand what all the hype is about. We asked them to pack a separate dish but instead they packed the left over food from the table. Will never recommend this place to other people. Not worth the money.

It has great food with proper management ,even on a busy and rushy day they gave a proper and perfect service

Firstly the theme of the restaurant was good!Food : 4• Allam kodi wings were on point with the spice levels!Gongura mutton pulao was good with sufficient quantity for 2 people. And finally prices are also budget friendly compared to quantity and quality of the food.
