Best cave theme restaurant in Hyderabadβ° . We have booked a table for candle lightπ―dinner. The manager Mr.Shajahan π¨π» is very friendlyπ€& he suggested the best menu π₯ for us. Staff are very polite towards customers. If you want to experience different theme of dining , sure it will fill your expectations & tummy too! βοΈ I would rate 10/10 in terms of ambience , hospitality & food .
Only ambience is good, what ever the food you order everything same taste... Road side fastfood centers are better, atleast they will differentiate the tastes in dish wise.. Once you order anything you need to wait atleast an hour if its starters also, but one item will be delivered very quickly.. thats none other than finger bowl ..
Oh man! The food was so good. It was really really amazing. Each and every item we tried were so good and delicious. You should definitely visit Ohris and try their special ice creams. You can always visit with your friends and family. This place will never disappoint you. The taste is superb and the service is also amazing.
They made the restaurant just as its name sounds, its literally a guffa type restaurant. For the ambience and all its 5/5, but the food nah.I was shocked to see that such a huge chain restaurant has a limited menuVeg had 5 types of paneer and non veg had 5 types of chickenDoneNot much when u are expecting a variety or something new.Would suggest only for older couples who are just going to have a nice time not for foodies.
Ambience is cave like as the name Gufaa suggests. Not suitable for claustrophobic people. Itβs is a confined place with no ventilation. Although you can enjoy the unique ambience for sometime, it gets really suffocating afterwards, especially after you eat. Iβm a foodie and I wonβt recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious food. The wasnβt great. Disclaimer: tried only vegetarian. However the mocktails were perfect. Can visit once, only to feel the cavemen life.
Man coming to you guys made the most memorable day with my date loved the ambiance and the service of waiters and all. Would love to visit again.
Nice place , if you like flavour more than spice, then a awesome option.Pretty much all restaurants give spice, this is one of the few veg/non-veg restaurants that put emphasis on flavour first and then spice based on customers requirement.Table bookings adviced for weekends.
The ambience is good.. the chairs are not comfortable.. it would have been great if the tables and chairs gets replaced.. I loved the food here.. we tried sheekh Kabab and kali mirch murgh.. both were great.. I would rate 4.5 out of 5.
I had been to this place before lockdown as well. The ambience has been maintained but what concerned me was the spoons, forks and glasses are placed on the table before we come and guests keep moving around which is not expected in the current scenario. It might a good practice to place them in hot water and supply them as and when required. The water bottle supplied is also charged double the MRP
It never disappoints me coming here.Food is on point. And trust me its always the same. Taste, quality and quantity. 100% lit.
Food is amazing, especially prawns biryani is very delicious & yummyπ
Great tasty food and wide variety of cusines. More than adequate quantity and moderate pricing. Very old joint, living up to its reputation.
Good ambience and liked the theme of the restaurant, Food is tasty and prices seemed to be little bit more high ..You can opt for a dineout payment for some extra discount..
First initial days when wed started going there the food seemed great. But as we frequented more it was disgustingly stale. And taste wasnt up to the mark. We stopped going there because of this.
Food was Ok and the ambience was also just ok. Will appreciate theirs effort btw
Nice place to have good north indian food . Ambiance is good but the crowd is there hence go when expect less visitors .
Too much food for a plate. Would be better if they reduce the quantity and encourage for more items. Taste is good and authentic
I appreciate d management cooperation nd loved handi biryani....it was worth spending time nd money
To the point, no item served was tasty. Tried two paneer starters both very just average. Roti and paneer were also so so.They need to improve alot when they are carrying a name as Ohris.
Food was good. Location was nice. Service was good. Music and ambience was little off.
Food quantity is very good but quality i would say average. I really liked the cave theme. Very nice.
It is a confusing experience visiting this place. OK, first off, the train themed restaurant is closed (4Sep21) and I didnt see the cave themed one, good guess - because of covid? So, is this place for kids or some select adults who want to have almost home made sort of food (albeit you pay through your nose for), in a creative setting? Wasnt this the whole reason for going on picnics in those good ol days? Oh, no picnics these days, just having food in cramped restaurants is fine - blame covid again?Coming to food itself, it was ok, even quantity was fine. But there was a definite disconnect of price with the said taste and quantity. So overall, not sure. My kid definitely enjoyed the experience. Perhaps because he didnt get the bill.
Nice place. Good food but service is very poor when we order the food it will take more than half an hour
Ambient cave surroundings and environment gives that feel of dining in a Gufaa. Needs maintenance though..Very well conceptualized property - Must visit for fans of authentic North Indian & Nizami Cuisines..
You should definitely try this restaurant if you are in hyderabad. Food is excellent and the overall experience is accentuated by a very polite and friendly staff. The ambience is also unique and offers a very different experience.Gosht biryani is their best dish and a must try.
Its nyc place to have delicious foodN starters r so π yummyI loved it..
Ambience is quite unique in the heart of city. Food is also in right portion n taste...should try a while
Typical ohris.. Tasty food and good quantities.. Definitely value for money..
Ambience is very good but food is average costly food (biryani is good starters are not cooked properly)
Went their with friends expecting to spend some quality time with good food but it was totally opposite we ordered chicken π’ each piece was so big that just looking at it youre stomach will say no as there was no presentation at all of course with no naste it was bland then we ordered π again it was hard to figure it out wat was it smells like fish but with no taste then ordered chat pata π€ trust me guys prawns was the worst then chicken and fish then we ordered talawa gosht it came Raw when we told to Manager he said you should have said it earlier we told him without tasting it how can we say and the manager was like no customer ever complaint it we said its a feedback and we also told him if no one complains that doesnt mean we are wrong our whole mood got off and we decided that was our first and last time.
I am regular (atleast once or twice a year) visitor of this restaurant. The ice cream taste is the same right from the beginning. Never changes. So ,I visit it again and again.Too costly right from the beginning. A very big fan though.
Post covid, their menu has been limited and taste has been compromised. We have ordered Paneer lababdar and butter naan, it was pathetic.
Gufaaa is one of the best places to visit for some scrumptious food. Everything you eat there will blow your taste buds awayyy!!!!!!!Staff is professional, helpful and sweet.....Their biryani is one of the best in town.. !!However the setup of place is lil cramped up and it resounds, which is off-putting if you are looking to spend some quality time with someone.........Definitely a 9/10 ...
Qualm and cosy, great food with drinks! What else is needed...
A masterpiece! The ambience, food, service was all-in-all, a worthy experience! The ambience was really good and very unique. Truly worthy of the title Gufaa. The food was mesmerizing, the hands-down best food and cuisine. The service was really fast and the servers were always attentive.Overall, really commendable and the rightful owner of the exotic-ness and lavishness.
Food has typical taste like any other joint.Ambience is good .Murg malai kebab and subzi biryani are best to try out.
The ambience is fantastic. Food quality and taste is good. Courtious service.
Old is gold... Well ohris gufaa still maintaining there quality and food taste... Loved there food
The vibe you feel here is soothing, calm, try the indian dishes, their ice cream with jelly is π₯, for 300ml beverage they charge 100rs thats too high i hope they charge some reasonable price, because food department is slapping with huge penality for restaurants for over pricing of water bottles so in that case i hope these people amend changes. Their food is good.
Service could be a little better, apart from that, cozy ambience of this place and bulls eye for dessert never disappoint.
Ok place. Prefer Mings court
Assume awesome place. Completely astonished with the interior and arrangements in gufa.. You actually feel like youre sitting in a gufa and having food. They play old Hindi Bollywood Melodies.Very calm and peaceful place.
Excellent ambience, and if youre a person who appreciates flavor as much as taste, this is the place to go. Good service as well. Now that Ive turned vegan, how I miss their Mutanjan biryani. Best flavor of all Biryanis I ate and still remains my favourite biryani despite not being a Hyderabadi Biryani.
The Place is good, Very well maintained.Especially the food , starters and main course along with cocktail itβs too good. The service is good. Any Foodie can come and doesnβt go back disappointed..Must try here .
Better to book a table on weekends as it gets crowdedAwesome food
Little pricy, but full ratings for taste, ambience, hygiene.Good experience.Talwar chicken here is awesome.
The ambience in well but they havent maintained few aspects which could make it really wonderful. Also the table are kept so close that you literally cant hear your own people or the waiting staff if there is any group of young boys or loud people, the whole place gets messy with loud disturbing voices due to enclosed theme.. Food is just ok but the soups are really worth a mention and a must try.. overall if the placing of tables was enough that other table doesnt disturb your conversation and food at the main course could have been more tasteful than just filled with spice gravy and mix, it would have definitely been on my regular list.
Was tasty before. Has lost its touch
The restaurant is themed in the lines of a cave amidst a jungle. Some of the waiters are dressed as forest rangers or may be hunters. We visited Gufaa on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was full. Fortunately an arrangement was made for 3 of us. The service was quick in spite of the crowd. The waiters were attentive and the food was good. The only thing that can be improved is the table location. Some of the tables were very near to the door and not suitable for quiet dinners.
Valet parking not available. Parked car opposite to hotel and it got a dent. Food is good.
Had to wait 15 minutes, it was fine, but 5 more minutes just for a menu? Very unexpected thing. Giving menu and serving water are the basic things waiters must know. Quantity of food isnt more, but the taste was good. Environment is good, lights could be a little brighter. Not many options available in the menu for vegetarians. Overall, it was just fine.
We had dinner in Gufa, Ohris Yesterday. And packed the leftover dal n Maam ... Today when I had the dal .. this was the glass piece that had come in my mouth .. its surprising for such a reputed brand to not monitor this . Also we had a concern with the kebab initially which was only salt nothing else ... It was replaced ... The tasty n service was really good but this is not expected to be a part of the ingredient. Highly disappointed n this is actually life threating . The white piece beside the jeera .. look at the size of it .
The staff doesnt responce proper.
Too shady types. Felt suffocated.Service very poor. Took lot of tymm.Repeated dish not available.Mocktails not upto d mark.
I have visited Mings court in that, we can experience authentic Chinese dishes there good ambience.
Pros1. Ordering food got easy by scanning the QR code available on the table.2. Taste is good.3. Service is good. They were polite.4. Out of the box ambience.Cons1. Took so much time to get the food on the table after ordering.
Good theme but the wait time is much higher.
Having food in a cave like experience. Nice food too
Worst service .. food was very bad ..not cooked properly .. dont waste your money nad time ..
The food was great, the ambience was good: it was quite dark and really cave-like, but then, that is what you want from a restaurant called Gufaa. The service, however, was very slow. We went at 9 pm, by the time our dinner finished it was almost 11.As far as the current pandemic goes, the place WAS a little bit more crowded than was comfortable. There was not enough space between two tables. The staff were wearing masks, though, thats a point in their favour! All in all, good ambience, good food, but very slow service - hence only 3 stars.
Super we enjoy alot biryani was good All items r very tasty
Amazing ambiance, Delicious food, Authentic taste.... I dont think there more fun than that... Hats off Silver Metro from Ohris... I had a wonderful time. The staff were very cooperative and punctual. A bit pricey but I would definitely recommend people to go there. It has an alacarte menu as no buffet. Birth veg and noon-veg sections were amazing. Especially the flavour in the Dal Makkhani and the Chicken tasted amazing. Total worth.
Cost is high but place is awesome youll get a nice feeling inside
Tasty food and nice ambience..
The food here is excellent, especially the mutton dishes. Ambience here is also amazing. Must try
