Hi this is Nandeesh from hosur. This branch staff is very heartless people Aadhar card linking for lpg subsidy 6 times trying not possible.Always tab problem server problem staff is very roud i give customer power speech to employees.Dont open account in this bank just go to axis bank hosur main branch. Careless people always confusion for making work in this branch. Where is icici bank ceo ha ? First close ur bank and go to home. I request rbi cancel the icici bank license.I loss my salary for spending time in this branch. All icici branches is worst in hosur.

The bank timing is till 4.30 pm. I came to bank by 2.30 pm and security was not allowing me inside saying I should come before 2 pm. I told that I want to see manager in that case. Security harshly closed the door.

In this Bank One experience person handling Multi tasking Job of attending customer. Others having less experience its look a like. So if we visit the bank, will take more time to resolve the issue.

As a go Green initiative the branch requests customers to deposit cash into CDM but the machine was not working and the staff were clueless when I requested them to give me pay in slip to deposit cash over the counter. Finally after waiting for 20 mins I could deposit cash after one if the staff entered details using insta banking.

Very poor response. Most of the time cash deposit machine is not working. Staff are are not that much cooperative and their work is very slow in dealing the costumers. Though there is senior citizen counter but they cannot avail that facility.Bank staff are bypassing the customers and they help to their known persons.AC is not working.

Not so good, no place for vehicle parking and always long queues. Staffs are not supportive.

Good facilities like 24 hr Cash Deposit Machine and ATM.
