Internet speed is good / downtime is less, but have recharged for OTT pack bundle, not activated as per mentioned period. If we mail or message, no response from the team. Better to have only internet packs....

Connextion and network is good, but locally the service people and their committments are not satisfied, cable and other accessories are not properly routed. We have to call several time, they are concentrating on new connection only, once they collected money, forgot everything, particularly in Hosur, service is very poor.

Response is really faster and issues are being sorted out.. Sometimes the net disconnection are being done because of lines service which can be notified priorly so that we wont disturb regarding the disconnection of net...

Staff I interacted were polite. Their broadband plans are good. They can some intermediate plans probably with less offers. If more price plans are available it would attract more people.

Plans are good. Speed is good. BUT, customer support is tooooo bad. Before 10 am and after 6 pm, you will NOT get any technical support from them. Even if you have any urgent work, YOU NEED TO WAIT TILL NEXT DAY. Or you have to use mobile data. Airfiber has to concentrate on this. Frequently, connection goes off.

Once youre paid these guys will never respond. Very poor customer service and network. 200mbps gives you 1mbps speed in actual. Normal mobile network is better than this.

I am using Air Fiber for over an week. Awesome Speed with Download and Upload over 100 Mbps as promised. In a weeks time, there were connection disruption twice and which is resolved within few hours. Good Service..

I didnt find any better service than Airfiber in Hosur city. Im using it for last 5+ years. They improved lot of infrastructure and communication. Still there is lot of improvement can be done. But whatever provided service is good.

Very pathetic service, They done even deserve one star either. Technicians does not even bother to attend when internet is down. Service is extremely poor around sarjapur area. Especially if you are working from home and this could be an serious issue as they done even bother about it.My recommendation is not to go for it in the first place.

Service is good. I have 200 Mbps and my friend has 40 Mbps, looks to be with same speed. better to have 40 Mbps speed. will work for all. but sometime it goes slow to 30 Kbps, if we inform them it suddenly work with 100Mbps(approx). Not sure what is the issue.

Very very poor customer response.On 23rd aug i changed the plan from 100 mbps to 200 mbps speed plan AF_200M_Home_UL and paid the full amount via online. But the internet speed was showing always less than 100 mbps. I called multiple times.Only tickets were raised. Request No.1709758, 1713954. They say technician will call, and visit to resolve. But no response.I dont see this as a major issue and it should not take much time to resolve. Everyone is working from home and if such companies dont support it impacts a lot. I thought of upgrading to a 300mbps or higher plan. But going by the service levels and customer response, i should start looking for another provider.

I am Airfiber customer for past three years. I have experienced frequent outages and speed also sometimes drops. Today morning the connection got disconnected. I raised a complaint with Customer care. Till now I havent received any call from support.

Airfiber creates fake complain id and they close themselves without discussing with the issue with customer. i am airfiber customer almost for three years. the recent interaction made me to feel much disappointed as they are not giving value to customer. I had created a ticket for changing the account name, they created a ticket and closed it without any further discussion with me. I called them today, the representative who talked to me has not even spent 30 seconds. The moment I said the issue, he said local technician will get back to me he did not have patience to hear the issue. They have created a ticket again which is useless. I have decided to shift my brondband to airtel at-least they respect customer. Very poor customer service with lethargic answers.
