Very very worst branch. And worst deposit machine,old machine. This machine many times not working and deposit the money but not credited. I complaint raised to branch manager, he is instruction give I write complaint letter give the counter.He is tell evening 2 o clock money was deposit to your account.But evening 4.30pm will not credit.My family affected to corano so I deposit money. Emergency situation branch not supported.Very very poor service of this branch.

Bank staffs are too lazy and they took more time to complete simple transactions. Staffs dont know the correct process to do some kind of banking transactions as they always look for someones help. Customer service is just okay. Since they dont know the process, they are making the customer to come many times for the simple work.We cant consider this as the private bank. Government banks are much better than this one!I suggest its better not to associated with this bank.

This ATM machine is quite near to the highway and all other people where they can withdraw money for personal, fish market or petrol ⛽bunk which is near by.The ATM machine is associated with the same ICICI home branch, we have around 3 ATM machines and deposit machines tooAs its inside its safer place to withdraw and can park our bikes too

Worst branch. Almost no customer service. The approach and the attitude of staff is extremely poor. Not only this they also do lot of errors in doing their own job.The manager and deputy manager or even worse. They will mis guide you and eventually you will be charged for servicesI visited the branch to deposit cash on which bank manager ask me to split amount and deposit. So that charges will not be applied. However the charges were deducted to the extent of thousand rupees. When we escalate the shameless manager and deputy manager do not even care to respond emails. They are also rude that they will disconnect the phone, stating that they are busy but I was standing in front of me.When we escalate to customer care they close ticket stating the charges will be applied. the branch manager and deputy manager have done repeated mistakes.For the cashier will behave as if he is the owner of the bank. He has no shame in shouting on customer. He was shouting almost on all the customers
