The staff needs a ready reckoner on courtesy and politeness. On being asked for basic things like a medical bill towards cataract lens, they keep giving random excuses. The paperwork my father was given was all grey with no legible text and they refused to given another copy or an email.Like a nexus, one person leads to another, but to no avail. They make senior citizens wait undue long sans social distancing or appointment led slots.

I would highly recommend Vedanta Netralaya to friends and family. I had absolutely the best experience possible. The staff was excellent, and I had a great surgeon, Dr.Sameer Varma. Thanks for providing the health care

So so . Doesnt stand out in any way. Not very reliable results either. They suggested wrong lens to me. So before getting glasses I would suggest you to get a checkup from the shop, just to reconfirm your lens because not everyone provides replacement.
