Worst service provider. I bought Sony product cause of brand name. But if I knew such kind of service they have I never bought Sony tv. But I will suggest not to buy. They even dont pick customer calls.

Their numbers dont work. Very inattentive staff. Poor service which ruins the trust fans have in Sony as a brand. They really need to look into their after sales support in tier 2 and 3 cities.

I went there for Bluetooth headphon repire they said we will call u. But they forgot to call then i went agin after 6 days they said this headphone cant be repaired
